Worry, Worry Go Away...

Worrying is such an overwhelming feeling of fear. We use it as though it is helping our self or those we worry about. It is not something that will fix anything or make it go away. It only aggravates the situation more. Some even use it subconsciously thinking it is a form of love. If they don't excessively worry than they do not care about the situation or the person. Others equal worry with love. It is not love, it is fear.

You have to learn to be able to relax, release and let go of the control. You are not really controlling anything with worry, only making yourself sick with worry. I was the world's greatest worrier. If there was a problem, I would immediately go into my worry mode. It was something I learned from my own family. And I am sure they learned it from the generations before them.

I realized as I got older that worrying about the future was useless and it created a lot of anxiety and depression inside of myself. And with that anxiety and depression, I was defenseless and powerless. I could not rise up to lead the situation or find the answers to solve the problem. I knew I needed to change myself to become an asset to any challenge or problem I was facing, whether it was my problem or someone else's.

So, slowly but surely...I learned to let go of the worry and the control. I relaxed in thoughts of past situations that worked out on their own. I realized that some of the worst situations ended up to be the greatest gifts and others ended up to be the great lessons.

I realized that I was here to experience, learn and grow. And without some of these situations I would of never became who I am today. The darkest days of my life ended up creating the person I see in the mirror today.

Worry is a made up feeling of control. We think subconsciously that if we worry we are somewhat in control. It is actually the opposite, you are out of control. Out of control emotionally, physically and mentally.

Here are some questions to ask yourself in times of worry.

  1. How can you be of service in a constructive way? What actions are going to work best for this situation?
  2. Do you need to take a break to think about how you can help the situation? Taking a break, whether a brisk walk or a few days to breathe, think and pray on it, is better than overreacting to the situation. Take the time you need to build yourself up to be a valuable asset to the problem.
  3. What past similar experiences have you had that worked out? And how did they work out? Were you a part of the solution or did it work out on it's own?
  4. Have you sat down to write a gratitude list? I know that this is hard to do when you are upset, but I promise it will uplift you to the place you need to be to find the strength and the answers.

Find peace in your heart and the worry will magically disappear. And strength will replace it. Life is about learning, growing and evolving. Make your life lessons count. Learn from them. Grow from them. And rise up to be a leader in your life and the lives around you. You are a gift and this life of yours has meaning. Don't let fear stifle your journey.

What worries are on your mind?

Forgiving Yourself

 The Ultimate Forgiveness: Forgiving Yourself

I am doing the Deepak Chopra's 21 Day Meditation Challenge. I am on Day 3 of the challenge. Today's centering thought was about forgiving, releasing and letting go of anything and anyone who keeps us from our highest good. I was doing the meditation trying to think of someone to forgive. I had just finished two 28 Day Magic Gratitude Challenges by Rhonda Brynes. I am on my third one now. So, I have forgiven everyone who has hurt me twice in a row so far.

I focused on releasing and letting go of things. Like outcomes, unnecessary worries and concerns. It was a wonderful meditation. I imagined laying in a pristine white room with white fluffy bedding, beautiful white pillows. The whites varied in color. It was a rustic and relaxed room with feminine touches through out. I could almost feel the breeze blowing through the windows and the warmth from the morning sun fill the room. So, I was definitely enjoying the meditation and the feeling of being in such a calm and relaxing space.

Later in the day, I was thinking about how proud I was that I couldn't come up with someone to forgive. I had worked through all of the forgiveness and was at peace with those who have hurt me. Until I realized I forgot to forgive one last person. I forgot to forgive myself. I could of focused my meditation forgiving myself for holding onto guilty thoughts about past mistakes, failures and for hurting people I loved with those mistakes and failures. Even forgiving myself for silly day to day things that pop up, like forgetting to do something and not following through with something I promised myself that I would do.

So I ended up doing the meditation over again this evening. Focusing on my own forgiveness, releasing and completely detaching and letting go of negative thoughts of my former self. I was still in my pristine white room with the wind blowing and morning sun shining in through the windows, but this time there was an unfamiliar feeling of peace that filled my heart. The air was full of  happiness and contentment. I was home. Finally home.

Forgive yourself for all your mistakes and failures. You are human. You are here to learn, grow and evolve. Mistakes and failures are a part of becoming who you are meant to be. So forgive, release and let go. It will all work out when you do.

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 28

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 28

Remember The Magic

Day 28 of the Challenge:

Every day we experience something new. The good things that happen in your day to day life are always different and unique. By Remembering The Magic each new day that has past, you experience something new each time you do. This practice is very powerful in keeping you aligned with the law of attraction.

The easiest way to do this practice is to start from the beginning of the previous day. Go back over the day in your mind, remembering the great things that happened during the morning, afternoon and evening.

You can ask yourself the question from the book, "What are the good things that happened yesterday?" Your mind will immediately start searching for the answers. Here are a few questions from the book that will get your mind started.

  • Did you receive good news?
  • Did you magically receive or accomplish one of your desires?
  • Did you magically receive unexpected money?
  • Did you feel especially happy?
  • Did you hear from a friend that you haven't heard from in a long time?
  • Did something go magnificently well for you?
  • Did you receive a great phone call or email?
  • Did you receive a compliment, or did someone express his or her appreciation for you?
  •  Did someone help you solve a problem?
  • Did you help somebody?
  • Did you finish a project or start something new you're excited about?
  • Did you eat your favorite food, or watch a great movie?
  • Did you receive a gift, quality time with someone, a great conversation, or make plans for something you really want to do?

Remember The Magic and list them in your journal or your computer. Make sure to write all of the good things that happened no matter the size or importance of them. It is more about the blessing and gratitude for them, not the size or importance of them. As you remember each blessing say the words, thank you, for them.

When you want to do this practice in the future, you can change it around. Some days you may want to write out your blessings, other days you may want to say them out loud. You can make a short list or a more detailed list. Any practice you do is going to bring you positive energy. And changing up the practice is a great way to keep it fresh and exciting.

________________________________________________________________________________

Today is the end of our 28 Day Challenge. I have had such a wonderful time sharing this challenge with each and every one of you. I enjoyed reading your gratitude lists, magical rock moments and your daily practices. I loved hearing from you about how this challenge has transformed you, changed your lives and saved broken relationships. It made my own experience of the challenge richer and more meaningful because I was sharing it.

I want to encourage you to do the challenge again and again. You can vary the practices or focus on one practice for several days to help fix a particular problem. I also encourage you to make it a daily practice of doing your daily gratitude lists and magical rock moments (even if you don't do any of the other practices, they will help keep you aligned with the positive energy you have connected to.)

When you are struggling with something, always refer back to the book. Go to the practice that will help you fix a particular problem. By doing this you stay on the course you have created. You also stay aligned with the positive energy you learned to connect with by using the practice of gratitude.

I personally will always do a daily practice out of the book, along with my daily gratitude and magical rock moment. It will help to concrete the practices in my mind, so I will always know how to fix any problem and stay aligned with positive energy of the law of attraction.

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 26

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 26

Magically Transform Mistakes Into Blessings

Day 26 of the Challenge:

Mistakes are blessings in disguise. We learn from them and become better human beings for them. A child makes mistakes all of the time, but we know it is all a part of the learning process and will all work out. Well, it is the same for adults. We are still learning, growing and will continue to learn and grow to the rest of our lives.

To learn from a mistake, we have to own up to it. And that is where most people become stuck. We often make up excuses or blame others for our mistakes. The problem with excuses and blaming others is that we still feel the pain and disappointment of the mistake but, we don't learn from it because we don't own up to it. We will continually make similar mistakes until we learn from it. You are human and will make mistakes. It is a part of the human experience. That is how we learn to grow into the people we are meant to be.

You can release yourself from the pain by owning up to it and finding things to be grateful for from the mistake. I promise there is always something to be grateful for no matter how big or small the mistake is.

Today you will choose a mistake that you have made in your past. It doesn't matter if it is big or small, but it should be one that still makes you feel bad when you think about it. You may of hurt someone you love, you may of made a decision that ended up costing you a lot of money, or maybe you lied about something and it ended up creating a bigger problem because of it. Think through your life and the mistakes you have made, choose one that is really weighing you down.

Once you have chosen the mistake you are going to be using, you will then look for things to be grateful for. Here are a few questions to ask yourself.

  • What did I learn from this mistake?
  • What are the good things that came out of this mistake?

The most important things that come from making mistakes is the lessons we learn from them. And no matter what the mistake, there is always good things that come from them and help us make better decisions in the future. Think carefully about ten good things that came from your mistake. Here are a few examples from the book, it is a mistake about speeding and getting a ticket:

  • I am grateful for the police because if I am honest with myself, I was thinking about other things and not concentrating on the road.
  • I am grateful for the police because it was foolish of me to put myself at risk speeding with a tire that needed to be replaced.
  • I am grateful for the police because if I think about my own family being put in danger by other speeding drivers, then I definitely want the police to stop the speeding drivers.
I would suggest that you find time do this practice with any mistakes you have made that you still feel bad about. It not only released you from the mistake, the blessings you find will help align you with the law of attraction. And new and exciting experiences will happen.

Make sure you do your 10 "Count Your Blessings" and add your Magical (Gratitude) Rock blessing from last night to the list! See you back here tomorrow! If you have any questions, comments or suggestions you can email me @ ascreaminggoodlife@gmail.com!

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 27

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 27

The Magic Mirror

Day 27 of the Challenge:

You possibly have spent a lifetime running away from yourself and your "so called" flaws, mistakes, and failures. You may have even chosen to look outside of yourself for happiness, love and contentment. You may also seem to find every single flaw, mistake and failure that others make because, you are focusing on the outside world, instead of focusing on yourself. The true beauty and essence inside of yourself and your world.

By doing so, you never completely blossom into who you were meant to be and you struggle throughout your life needlessly. Your "so called" flaws, mistakes, and failures weigh your heart, mind and soul down, and then add in the fact, that you are searching for others flaws, mistakes, and failures, as well. You are a bundle of negative energy, only attracting more people, situations, and experiences to match up to that energy. Change the person staring back at you in the mirror and your whole life will change! Guaranteed!

Go to the mirror right now and look at the person staring back at you. Say to the magic words, thank you, and give as much meaning to this practice as you can. Mean it as though you are looking at a beautiful, treasured friend. Say thank you for being who you are. Say thank you for all of it, the physical things you like about yourself, the traits and characteristics, even the experiences which have made you who you are today. All of the challenges, struggles, joys and accomplishments you have experienced.

You are worthy of so much more than what you give yourself. You can easily thank another person with deep love and emotion, now it is time to do the same for yourself. Give yourself the respect and love that you give others. You are a true gift!

Continue doing this practice every time you see your reflection today and make sure it is done with deep love and emotion. Once you get used to saying thank you to yourself, you could start saying three things you like about yourself, each time you look into the mirror. And anytime in the future you are not feeling good about yourself, you need to go to the mirror and say the magic words, thank you, and truly mean it.

Once you begin to truly be grateful for yourself, you stop beating yourself up for your flaws, mistakes, and failures you make. You will be surprised how quickly your feelings about yourself will change. You will have value, respect and see the true beauty of your whole being.

That gratitude for yourself then opens up new doors. Your happiness, confidence and contentment in yourself is like a magnet drawing in new experiences and people who are attracted to your positive energy. All because you chose to be grateful for the person staring back at you in the mirror. :)

Make sure you do your 10 "Count Your Blessings" and add your Magical (Gratitude) Rock blessing from last night to the list! See you back here tomorrow for our last day, Day 28 ~ "Remember The Magic"! The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 25

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 25

Cue The Magic

Day 25 of the Challenge:

I want you to imagine that the Universe is a good, kind, and loving place. And it wants you to achieve and become whatever you are meant to be. But the Universe can't just give you want you want, it uses the law of attraction to send you cues to help you achieve and create the life you were meant to have.

The Universe wants you to use the "feeling" of gratitude as a way to connect with the positive energy that the law of attraction wants to provide you. It uses people, experiences and day to day events as a cue to get your attention.

Here are a few examples of cues: (From the book, The Magic, by Rhonda Byrne)

  • Hear an ambulance - magic cue to be grateful for your health.
  • Police siren - magic cue to be grateful for safety and security
  • See another person with the perfect weight you want - magic cue to grateful for your perfect weight
  • See a romantic couple - your cue to be grateful for your perfect partner (even if he/she is not here yet, you need to be grateful now. As though you already have the relationship.)
  • See a happy family - it is your cue to be grateful for your babies and children (even if you haven't had them yet, you need to be grateful now. As if you already have them.)
  • When you see a bank or ATM - it is your cue to be grateful for money
  • When you arrive home - it is your cue to be grateful for your home
  • When you see your neighbor - it is your cue to be grateful for your neighborhood
  • If you happen to come across something that is on your vision board or desires list - it is your cue to be grateful for your desires now! (As though you already have it in your life!)
  • When you hear someone say, "Good Morning!" - it is your cue to be grateful for a new morning!
  • If you see someone joyful and happy - it is your cue to be grateful for happiness!
  • If you overhear someone saying the magic words, thank you - it is your cue to say thank you!
The Universe is always cueing us to be grateful and when we do the law of attraction attracts to our feeling of gratitude and our positive energy. Poof...like that our life becomes richer and we experience the life that was intended for us. The magic is all in our feelings and how we use them. You hold the key to your own destiny! Powerful, huh?

Today, whenever you see or hear a cue, stop what you are doing and give thanks. Do this at least 7 times or as many times as you desire! The more the better!

Example: You see someone who is your perfect weight, say, "Thank you for my perfect weight!" or you hear the sound of children playing, say, "Thank you for my children!" (whether you have them yet or not.)

The more aware you become to life's cues, the more gratitude you will have and the more you will be aligned with the energy to attract your dreams and desires!

Make sure you do your 10 "Count Your Blessings" and add your Magical (Gratitude) Rock blessing from last night to the list! The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 24

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 24

The Magic Wand

Day 24 of the Challenge:

The law of attraction states that, "energy goes where attention flows". So when you focus your energy on whatever needs your attention, you set into motion a strong force of energy that goes directly where you want it to. Not only can you do this in your own life, you can also do this in the lives of those around you, as well. Think of gratitude as a magic wand. By waving the invisible magic wand over the person who needs it, you send powerful positive energy their way.

If you know of someone who is in need of positive energy due to something they are struggling with, you can use today's practice to magically help them receive whatever they need.

Today you will focus on three people that need extra love and attention due to something they are dealing with. It could be that they are ill, are in trouble financially, or struggling with depression. Or it could be any combination of the three. You will be using the magic wand of gratitude to send them the positive energy they need to become whole again.

You will need a photo of each person if you have one.  You will look at the photo or get a visual of their face in your mind. Then you will close your eyes and visualize yourself receiving the great news that they have been fully restored with whatever they needed. Feel as much gratitude and joy as you possibly can for them during this practice, as though you are truly hearing the great news. You will then open your eyes and look at the person's photo again or hold the visual of their face and say the words, thank you, slowly three times.

Example: Thank you, thank you, thank you for Christian's amazing and miraculous healing! I am so happy for her!!! (Feeling as much love and appreciation for the great news as you can!)

Thank you, thank you, thank you for _________ ( add in expressive words, like complete, extraordinary, miraculous, etc) health, wealth or happiness.

You can also do this to complete strangers that seem to be lacking in health, wealth or happiness. You will visually wave the magic wand of gratitude over them, wishing them all the health, wealth and happiness they need to become whole again. Knowing that the positive energy you sent them will help set them on the path that they need.

Using gratitude to help others is the greatest act of gratitude you can practice. And by doing so, you not only help the other person, you magically set into motion energy that will bounce directly back to you. It is a "full circle experience"!!!

Make sure you do your 10 "Count Your Blessings" and add your Magical (Gratitude) Rock blessing from last night to the list! See you back here tomorrow for Day 25 ~ "Cue the Magic"! If you have any questions, comments or suggestions you can email me @ ascreaminggoodlife@gmail.com!

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 23

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 23

The Magical Air That You Breathe

Day 23 of the Challenge:

We never think about the air that we breathe. It is not something that comes to our mind, unless we are sick or having trouble breathing. I had never thought much about it until I read the book, The Magic, by Rhonda Byrne. It is a miracle to breathe, if you stop and really think about it. The oxygen that we breathe in feeds our cells through out our body, which in turn gives us life! Why wouldn't we be grateful for that?

Today you will take 5 deliberate breaths. Feel the feeling of the air filling up your lungs and moving through out of your body. As you are breathing out feel the joy and happiness that you feel. Do this five breath practice five different times during the day today. After you do each set of five breaths say the words, "Thank you for the magical air that I breathe." Making sure to be as grateful for the air as you possibly can.

If you can do this practice outside in the fresh air that would be wonderful, if it is not possible, do it inside. You can have your eyes opened or closed, you can be standing, walking or sitting, You can do it any way you feel comfortable. The most important thing is to truly FEEL the feeling of the air filling up your lungs and moving through out your body.

You will breathe the way you normally breathe, this practice is more about having gratitude for the air that we breathe, than breathing a certain way. If taking a deeper breathe feels good than do that. Just make sure to feel comfortable doing the practice. If you want you can even make the sound or mentally say the words, thank you, as you are breathing out. You can try a variety of ways and see which one works for you.

The author, Rhonda Byrne, of the book, The Magic, says, "In ancient teachings it is said that when a person reaches the point of being deeply grateful for the air that they breathe, their gratitude will have reached a new level of power, they will have become the true alchemist, who can effortlessly turn every part of their life into gold!" That is a powerful and exciting statement, huh?

Definitions - Alchemy - any process of transmuting a common substance, usually of little value, into a substance of great value. Alchemist - a person who practices Alchemy.

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 22

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 22

Before Your Very Eyes

Day 22 of the Challenge:

Your dreams and desires may seem like they are unobtainable and out of reach, but with this practice today you will amaze yourself. If you focus on something and visualize and feel what you want as it has already happened and has manifested into your life. And then add in action by acting upon your dreams daily. You will begin attracting things into your life!

Simple things like talking about it as though it is possible to anyone and everyone who will listen. Going to the places that inspire you and make you feel excited about your desire. Places that make you feel the way you would feel if it where true. Watching movies, shows and documentaries on the subject. Read about the subject online or in a book. Doing any and all things that bring that desire to the forefront of your mind. Where you are able to give it the energy it needs to manifest.

The goal is to FOCUS, VISUALIZE (THOUGHTS), FEEL, and add in the most important ingredient, ACTION. This will work in all areas of your life, not just your dreams and desires. Your relationships, day to day situations and problems that arise...Remember those words and use them often. Some people who have used the law of attraction have not learned that the most important ingredient, which is action. They are thinking and feeling and not acting upon what they are thinking and feeling. It is a vital part to manifest things quicker into your life.

Today you will take your top ten desires list you have made and read through each one. For one minute each, you will visualize that your desire has already manifested in your life. Feeling as much gratitude as you can for each.

Carry your desires list with you all day and read through them at least twice in the day, Visualizing and feeling as you did earlier.

If you want your desires to manifest quickly, I would suggest you carry them with you every single day. When you have the time, go through the list often, making sure to visualize and feel them as though they have already manifested.

When your desires manifest into your life mark them off your list and add new ones. Make sure to keep your lists. It is always great to look back and see what you have manifested into your life.

Make sure you do your 10 "Count Your Blessings" and add your Magical (Gratitude) Rock blessing from last night to the list! See you back here tomorrow for Day 23 ~ "The Magical Air That You Breathe"! If you have any questions, comments or suggestions you can email me @ ascreaminggoodlife@gmail.com!

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 21

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 21

Magnificent Outcomes

Day 21 of the Challenge:

We all want our lives to go well. For good outcomes to happen and to be blessed. We choose sayings like, " I hope that turns out.", "I am going to need a lot of luck to accomplish that!", or " I hope that works out for us." All these sentences are hoping for a good outcome. But life is not by chance, a fluke, or pure luck. The law of attraction says that "like attracts like", and is always working to match up your thoughts with things.

If you want Magnificent Outcomes you need to focus on the thoughts of how you want the situation to turn out and feel how good that will feel when it does.

You can use Magnificent Outcomes on a number of situations, here are a few ideas from the book. Remember to think and feel about how you want the outcome to go:
  • a work meeting
  • job interview
  • exam
  • phone call
  • seeing family
  • exercise something
  • vet appointment
  • medical/dental appointmnet
  • electrician, plumber, or any tradesperson fixing a problem (Remember my free A/C work I talked about on Day 17's Magic Check? I used the Magnificent Outcome on it!)
  • family outings
  • talk with your child about their behavior
  • heart to heart with your partner
  • a purchase you will be making (like a gift, a ring, wedding dress, new cell phone, carpets, drapes, and any home related item)
  • restaurant, reservations, seats at a concert
  • daily mail, emails, tax refund
  • something unexpected happens (like my A/C breaking)
The things that are unexpected are the hardest to use the Magnificent Outcomes on. Because we jump to conclusions and immediately think fearful thoughts or thoughts of how things could go wrong.

If something unexpected happens you need to focus on the outcome that would be best in solving the problem. You will be surprised when you start using this and things magically transform for the better. I never thought about my A/C guy giving the service for free, but I did envision that he would fix it and the bill would be minimal. By focusing on that I attracted the free A/C work. And I have used the Magnificent Outcome practice ever since.

Most of the time you will see and feel the the Magnificent Outcome you envisioned, and other times you will not know how you benefited from the unexpected event. But when you use the Magnificent Outcome and feel sincere about the outcome, you are aligning with the law of attraction to create a better outcome. Remember not to be fearful as you are doing this practice. You need to drop all the fear and worry and focus on what you want to happen.

Once you start seeing outcomes turning out the way you envisioned or even turning out better than you expected, you will begin to trust in this practice more. It is like driving a car, once you trust that you can stop the car completely with the brakes, you will trust that your brakes will stop at a stop light. What if you drove your car and didn't have that security? You would not trust that they will work for you and would have fear. That is like life, if you are always fearful and looking for the worse, the worse will find you. You need to use this practice with trust that it will help you and believe that everything will work out perfectly.

Today you will think and list the three things that you want a Magnificent Outcome on. They can be current problems or situations you have or a boring activity that you need a better thought, feeling or action to happen.

You will write them as already happened. Like, "Thank you for the Magnificent outcome of _______________________!"

Second step in the practice, you are going to choose three unexpected things that come up today and use the Magnificent Outcome on them, as well. It could be a phone call, email, an unexpected errand, or anything that pops up.

Each time something unexpected pops up, close you eyes and mentally say and FEEL the magic words, "Thank you for the Magnificent outcome of _______________________!"

Don't just practice it today. You can never do this practice too much, use it all the time to bring better results to all your situations.

Make sure you do your 10 "Count Your Blessings" and add your Magical (Gratitude) Rock blessing from last night to the list! See you back here tomorrow for Day 22 ~ "Before Your Very Eyes"! If you have any questions, comments or suggestions you can email me @ ascreaminggoodlife@gmail.com!

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 20

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 20

Heart Magic

Day 20 Challenge:

I have briefly talked about this in some of my previous posts. So, I am glad we are droving into this practice today. When you add gratitude into your thoughts, you create positive energy. That positive energy attracts the things that match up to your dominant thoughts. The more feeling you can add to your grateful thoughts, the quicker you will attract more good to you.

You will be focusing your mind on the area of the heart and feeling your heart fill up with as much love and appreciation as you can create. Eventually you will automatically feel gratitude deeply in your heart with all your thoughts. It takes time and practice.

Studies show that gratitude helps to calm the rhythm of the heart, which helps the immune system and body stay healthier. So that is another great reason to use gratitude!

To practice this heart magic, focus your attention around your heart. You can focus on the inside or outside of your body. You will close your eyes, keeping your mind focused on your heart, and mentally say the words, thank you. After a few practices, you will not always need to close your eyes to do this. But closing your eyes you will always feel more.

Here are a few different ways to get this practice down quickly.

  • You could put your hand over your heart to stay focused while saying, thank you.
  • Or imagine the words, thank you, are coming out of your heart instead of your mind as you say them.

After you have practiced a few times we will go on to our practice. Take your top ten desires out  (from Day 13's practice ~ Make All Your Wishes Come True) and practice your Heart Magic on each desire. Read each desire and when you get to the end of each, close your eyes, focus your attention/mind continually around your heart, and say the words, thank you, slowly. Making sure to do one of the techniques bullet pointed above.

I would suggest you keep your top ten desires out and practice this on them frequently. It will help you manifest your desires quicker. And anytime you are saying thank you, using gratitude, or thinking positive thoughts, I would use Heart Magic on them to deepen your connection to your thoughts and desires. That will keep you aligned with the law of attraction to attract more of what you want into your life.

You will feel this working in different ways. Maybe a tingling around the heart, or a wave of happiness rush through you. You may tear up, get goosebumps or chills.  But most definitely you will FEEL a new depth or peace and happiness inside of you.

Make sure you do your 10 "Count Your Blessings" and add your Magical (Gratitude) Rock blessing from last night to the list! The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 19

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 19

Magical Footsteps

Day 19 Challenge:

Today you are going to say thank you a hundred times, you will do it by taking hundred magical footsteps. In your mind you will say, thank you, for each new step. One foot after another saying thank you. It takes about ninety second to casually walk a hundred steps. It is not necessary to step exactly hundred times, it is more about feeling how thankful you are during the ninety seconds. Don't count as you are doing the practice only say the words, thank you.

Take notice of how you feel before you complete this practice and how you feel after you complete the hundred steps. When you are done doing this practice you will have said, thank you, a hundred times. When was the last time you said, thank you, hundred times in one day? Simple, yet powerful!

I actually did this three times in one day on my first challenge. By focusing on each step and giving thanks. It made me feel some much gratitude and gave me energy. I would suggest you do this a few times through out the day!

You will do your daily 10 "Count Your Blessings" list and your "Magical Rock" moment from yesterday. I will see you here tomorrow for Day 20 ~ Heart Magic! As always you can email me with any questions, comments and suggestions at ascreaminggoodlife@gmail.com! I love hearing from you!

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 18

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 18

The Magical To Do List

Day 18 Challenge:

When you learn the power of gratitude it is truly life changing. Gratitude is something that you can rely on to help support you through out your life. The more you lean on it for support, the more it will work for you. Every day there are little life problems that arise and need to be resolved. Sometimes we may feel overwhelmed with work, family and, day to day life.

You may feel stressed with the lack of time to do all the things that you want and need to do. You may have work pulling you one way and your home life pulling you another way. You may be a stay at home parent feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Not able to have time to yourself, let alone breathe. There are times when life throws problems at you that you need a solve. Or you have misplaced something you need to find.

There are those things that need your help to get done. Like trying to find a new sitter, a hairdresser, landscaper, or doctor. Or planning an event, party or holiday. You could be weighed down with invitations, commitments, or obligations. Or in a dispute with someone that needs the time and care to be resolved.

Today's Magical To Do List practice will help you with all your day to day problems and dilemmas. It magically helps you to get aligned with the universe to start marking off the ever growing to-do list. You will not know how it will happen or how it will get done. But the universe will find the right people and situations to help mark off your to-do list. All you have to do is make your list and feel grateful for each situation as though they are already completed.

You will write a to-do list with the most important things that need to be done. Title your list "Magical To Do List". You may want to put things on your list that you don't have time to do, don't want to do, along with any problems (big or small), and things that need to resolved. When you are done writing your list pick three problems you want to focus on today. One at a time think about each one being magically solved for you. Imagining the all right people and circumstances coming into your life to help solve your problems. Making sure to feel as grateful as you can for these people and circumstances.

You will spend one minute on each problem. Visualizing, feeling and believing the problems are resolved. You can work on the rest of your list another time. The more you read and work on your Magical To Do List the best results you will have. I look at my list daily and add more things to it that come up as I go. I love when things are resolved and I am able to mark it off my list! What a wonderful feeling!

The law of attraction says, "like attracts like", so you need to focus on gratitude for solutions, and not focus on the problems. The more you remember and use this, the better you will become at manifesting what you desire in your life.

A great example of how the author of The Magic, Rhonda Byrne's daughter used this practice is on the book on page 170-172. She had lost her wallet and instead of completely stressing out, she used this practice and visualized, felt and believed that her wallet was back in her hands. Her wallet magically came back to her and the story of how is amazing! Please, read it fully, it is a wonderful story!

You will do your daily 10 "Count Your Blessings" list and your "Magical Rock" moment from yesterday. I will see you here tomorrow for Day 19 ~ The Magical Footsteps! As always you can email me with any questions, comments and suggestions at ascreaminggoodlife@gmail.com! I love hearing from you!

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 17

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 17

The Magic Check

Day 17 Challenge:

The law of attraction is such a powerful energy. It attracts to thoughts like a magnet, drawing in whatever experiences match up to it. If your thoughts are negative, you will attract more negativity into your life. If your thoughts are positive, you will attract more positivity into your life.

When it comes to negative thoughts it is usually a result of stress, anxiety and depression. Sometimes the stressful thoughts are a result of the lack of money. Money helps to support ourselves and our family. Money helps to put our children through college. Having money helps us create memories that last a life time and live the life that we dream of living.

When we are struggling with money, we become stressed, anxious and depressed. We have thoughts of worry, fear and disappointment. We may see others thriving and succeeding, which may make us feel envious, jealous and angry. All those feelings highlighted above are negative thoughts and feelings. By thinking and feeling them you are only attracting more future experiences like them. However difficult you have to ignore your negative thoughts and feelings about money and focus on gratitude to attract the life you want to have.

A great tip to remember when learning to use gratitude  ~ You can't be grateful and negative at the same time. So you can't be feeling grateful for money and be worried about money at the same time. Or even be grateful for money and feeling fearful of money at the same time. The two feelings will not work together. That really helped me in the beginning when learning to apply gratitude to attract the things I desired. I knew I was aligning myself perfectly with the universe when I was feeling grateful. And I knew I wasn't aligned when I felt negative. I continually started realigning and realigning until it became more natural to think positive thoughts first.

You have attracted money into you life numerous times. You may not of realized it at the time but you did. We have to be grateful for all forms of money each time they come into our life. To be able to attract more frequent experiences in the future.  So being more aware of all the forms of money that come into your life is important. Here is a list of many examples...

Money can come to you: (examples of the book)

  • through unexpected checks
  • increased salary
  • lottery
  • tax refund
  • unanticipated gift of money
  • someone picks up the tab at the restaurant, coffee shop, etc.
  • sale prices on items you were already in the market for
  • money-back offers
  • someone gives you a gift of something you had planned on buying
  • discounts on anything from household items to travel
  • lending institution lowers interest rate
  • service provider offers better packages

The list could go on and on, but it will open your eyes to the idea what all forms of money means. Most likely you have had one of these experiences happen to you and little had you know you attracted them to you! Most may call it luck, but it is actually the law of attraction at work. Once you wrap your head around the opportunities that you have available, you will be wanting to use gratitude all the time. The more you do, the more good experiences you will attract guaranteed.

On to today's fun challenge!

Today you will write a out a magical check for any amount you want. You will fill it out with your name and the date. Think about what you want to spend it on. You will be more grateful for the money when you know what you want to spend it on. Because money is just a means to getting what you want, but it is not the end result. What we use the money for is the end result. You can find the magic check in the book or online. If you use the one in the book you will photocopy or scan the check from the book or you can go to www.thesecret.tv/magiccheck and print them out. You will be doing this practice more than once. Especially if you see results like I did!

I would suggest you start out writing a smaller amount at first. By doing a smaller amount you will know when you receive the money that you did it and the magic of gratitude helped you manifest it into your life. And then continue to increase the amount each time. I would also suggest that you really get into the belief that you can manifest money into your life. Focus on this magic check as much as possible today (and the days and weeks ahead.) You will hold the check in your hands and think about what you want the money for. Get a picture of it in your head and visualize yourself actually purchasing it. Feeling the feeling of how good it would feel. The more excited and grateful you can get the better.

After you complete the steps above place the check somewhere where you will see it often. At least two times today you will again hold that check in your hands and visualize how you will spend the money. Making sure to feel as excited and grateful as you can. I would suggest you do it more than twice, the more times a day you can do this the better. At the end of the day, either kept the check where you had it or move it to another place where you will see if often. Making sure each time you see it you go through the steps of thinking about the purchase and feeling the gratitude and excitement for it.

After you receive what you wanted, you can replace it with a new check for something else you want. You can continue this practice as long as you want. Now I want to share my story from my first 28 day challenge. I wrote my check out for $260.00 because my sons and I wanted new smart phones and that was going to be the monthly price. I really got into this challenge. I followed the instructions in the book and really felt the feeling of it being a real check and that the money was on it's way.

About two hours after I wrote it I received a text from my dear neighbor. She wanted to know if the boys or I wanted to watch her sons a few hours in the morning 3 to 4 days a week during the summer. I got back to her and said the boys would be able to and that I would fill in when needed. I asked her how much it would be and she said around $240.00 or more a month! I was shocked it was so close to the $260.00! A few hours later my oldest son walks in the kitchen as I was making the grocery list. He handed me $20.00 and said put it toward dinner tonight. He rarely gives me money without me asking. I knew it was the law of attraction working! I was sold from that day on! BUT there is more!

So, five days longer I woke up sweating, the whole house was humid and clammy. The A/C wasn't working properly. I would normally be stressed about the money, but the day before I had the Day 21 challenge, Magnificent Outcomes, and I was more optimistic. So I decided to put into practice what I had learned on this normally stressful situation. I called the A/C guy we used a month before. He came right out to the house, which  was a "Magnificent Outcome" in itself! lol!

When he was done he came in and said it was the compressor. I didn't understand that because I thought they had just replaced that part last month when he came out. He thought they had done another part (something to do with the motor). I was very calm about it, (because I was using the Magnificent Outcomes) but wanted to make sure I was not paying for something I just paid for. He politely said he would go back to the office to check the records and he would get back to me.

He called soon after and said that we were both right! He had came out a month ago and replaced the compressor. My husband called him back two hours later that same day, saying that the A/C was still not working. So they came back and took the new compressor off and put our old compressor back on and put on the new part. So, he went on saying, that he wanted to just give me the service for free to make sure I was a happy customer. I was so happy indeed! So as we were hanging up he said he would write out a mock receipt that we had paid $260.00 cash for his files and send me that receipt. I was blown away! I received the $260.00 twice in less than a week! I was more than sold this time, I was confident that I helped to manifest this into my life with gratitude and the right attitude.

By using both practices, the "Magic Check" and the "Magnificent Outcomes" I was able to align myself to where I received what I desired. I hope all of you take what you learn from this challenge and use it to create the life you dream of. Like anything in life the more you practice, the better you will become at it. And when you stumble or feel discouraged just realign with gratitude and continue on.

You will do your daily 10 "Count Your Blessings" list and your "Magical Rock" moment from yesterday. I will see you here tomorrow for Day 18 ~ The Magical To Do List! As always you can email me with any questions, comments and suggestions at ascreaminggoodlife@gmail.com! I love hearing from you!

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 16

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 16

Magic And Miracles In Health

Day 16 Challenge:

We should feel happy, healthy, alive and well all of the time. But the reality of it is most people don't feel well. They are dealing with a multitude of ailments. Like diseases, anxiety, depression and exhaustion. Gratitude is the key to reverse this epidemic. There have been countless studies where it is proven that gratitude's power helps to assist the body and mind to heal itself. Adding gratitude in with your health, nutrition, and medical advice is the best medicine you could receive!

You are going to do three simple practices today. One for your past, one for your present and one for your future health and happiness. Take the time to do this and add this to the list of practices to continue. It is a powerful practice! And will be beneficial in keeping you happy, healthy, alive and well!

  1. Past ~ Think about the times when you felt the healthiest throughout your childhood, adolescence and adulthood. Now think about when you were your happiest and were full of energy. Go as far back as you need throughout your life to find the biggest moments in your life that you felt your happiest, healthiest and most energized! Remember three different times when you felt one of these feelings and say the words, thank you, for each one. Make sure that you FEEL the gratitude for each one filling up your heart and overflowing with love and appreciation.
  2. Present ~ Think about the health you currently have right now. FEEL THANKFUL for your healthy body. Think about all your body parts, organs, systems, and senses that are working well for you. Think about your arms, legs, hands, eyes, ears, kidneys, liver, heart and brain. What a blessing and one we should feel thankful for every single day. Choose five body functions that are working well for you and say, THANK YOU, for each. Making sure to FEEL how thankful you are.
  3.  Future ~ You are going to choose one thing you wish to change about your body today. Think about the ideal state of which you wish your body to be and what you want to improve. You will give thanks for that ideal state. Making sure you FEEL gratitude as you do it. By doing this practice you are setting in motion the law of attraction. Remembering that like attracts like and thoughts become things. Allow yourself to let go and really get into this practice. This is about your life and your life so important.
So often when someone becomes ill and is diagnosed with a disease they focus and obsess over it. They think about, talk about it, they research about the symptoms and possible frightening outcomes of the disease. By focusing on the disease you are only making the disease worse. In the law of attraction it states that you can't make any problem go away by focusing on the problem. You need to do the reverse. Focus on the ideal state you wish your body to be in and give your thoughts and feelings to that, not the disease!

Do you remember the story I told you on Day 4's Magical Health Challenge about the two women about the same age, who had the same disease. One complained. She talked about how sick she was to anyone who would listen. She thought about how unfair it was that she was so sick and others around her were well. She was angry at the world and had fearful and depressing thoughts. The other woman was optimistic yet, still in pain. She spoke words of healing, being well and visualized herself overcoming her disease. The one that complained died 1 year later. The one that was optimistic, recovered and has been well for over 10 years now! So as you see - Our thoughts do matter!

Gratitude is so powerful and when you begin to use and learn it's powers you will be blessed tenfold. Take one minute to visualize the ideal state you wish your body to be in. You don't have to struggle with this practice. Just have the thought of your ideal state in your mind, feel the feeling of how it would FEEL if it were true and be completely grateful for it. I would do this as often as you can to get your mind focusing on the ideal state and not the state that you are in. Only focus on the ideal state and let the doctors worry about the rest.

If you want to heal your heart feel grateful for a strong and healthy heart that helps to keep you alive and helps your organs function. If you have arthritis, see and feel yourself completely flexible. See yourself moving, running and enjoying the life you want with absolutely no pain. If you want to improve your weight, see yourself slim, fit and active. Feel how good it feels. If you are struggling with anything by changing your thoughts and feelings and feeling the gratitude for it you are doing your part, let the law of attraction do the rest of the work. It is not your job to know how it will happen. So don't worry about the how's, the how's will come.

You should practice this daily and do it several times a day for the law of attraction to work the way you want it to. Whatever you focus on you get. So focus on what you want a lot! When you do have a negative thought or feeling about your health or body reverse it with this practice. For one minute after each negative thought or feeling visualize your ideal state as though you already have it. Now FEEL how good it feels and how grateful you are for it (making sure to fill your heart up and have it overflow with love and appreciation.) You may have to do it several times before your thoughts go to health and well-being instead of the disease.

The two best ways to continue good health and have the body you desire is by taking good care of yourself physically and to be completely GRATEFUL for the health you do have. Gratitude is the key to the life you want! I promise that if you give the energy to where you want it to go you will be blown away by the changes you manifest. Because like attracts like and thoughts definitely become things!

You will write your daily 10 "Count Your Blessings" list and write your "Magical Rock" moment from last night, as well! Tomorrow we are talking about MONEY and I will share my story about manifesting $260 twice in one week, this story still gives me goosebumps! The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 15

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 15

 Magically Heal Your Relationships

Day 15 Of The Challenge:

Relationships make our lives richer. But when you are struggling with a difficult relationship it can be devastating and heart breaking. You may be struggling to repair a broken relationship or heal from one that is not repairable. Or you may have lost a loved one through a death that you were not ready to let go of. Especially one that had unfinished business that needed to be resolved. It could be a marriage, a boyfriend or a girlfriend, a mother or a father, a sibling, a distant relative or a friend. Or maybe a business relationship like a boss, a co-worker, an employee or a client.

There are usually feelings of pain, resentment and blame. These feelings make it hard to find any gratitude for anything, let alone a close relationship. Because you are too busy holding on to all the pain, resentment and blaming the other person for hurting you so deeply. It is very human to do this. Pain and resentment is hard to deal with. What you are doing is just trying to find relief from it all. But when you use gratitude as a tool to heal your heart. It can transform you virtually overnight. Whether it is a current relationship or a past relationship. You can use this to heal any relationship and yourself. If it is a past relationship, it will release you so you can move on completely without attachment to the pain and loss. If you are still in the relationship it can change your feelings toward the relationship, so you can focus on what needs to be done to heal the relationship or be able to move on from the relationship in a healthier way.

What most people don't know is that when you have these negative feelings you are actually harming yourself more than the other person. You are also setting your future up for more bad feelings to come. It is the law of attraction's job to match whatever primary thoughts and feelings you have.

Today you are going to pick one relationship that you are struggling with and find 10 things you are grateful for in that relationship. It can be a past or present relationship. Think back on the good parts of the relationship. The good qualities that they have, the good memories you both shared or anything positive you can come up with about the other person. The easiest way to do this is to go back to before the relationship started to weaken. If the relationship was never good you will just have to think of moments you saw their greatness. We all have something that makes us valuable, so think hard and you will come up with them.

This challenge is not about how badly they hurt you. Or about who is right or wrong. It is not even about the other person as much as it is about yourself. The magic is that by doing this challenge you are healing yourself and through doing that you ultimately heal the relationship or are able to let go of the relationship and the pain attached. The best part is you don't need the other person to help heal you or the relationship.

Every relationship we have is here to teach us something. Even the ones that are painful are valuable to our live. They teach us so many life lessons that we end up growing into a better person for having to endure that kind of pain and suffering. We become stronger, more aware of life around us, and how fragile life is. And we learn to value our self more in the process.

Really dig deep into this challenge because it is such a good one to help move you forward into becoming who you are meant to be. You will be amazed at how good you will feel after completing this challenge. If you don't you will continue to do this practice daily until you have no bad feelings about the relationship. Because remember we are doing this challenge to change our thoughts and feelings, so we can attract what we do want in our life.

And lastly, any time you have bad feelings about any relationship (close or not), this practice is so important to do. It will help you to stay on course and continue attracting the life you do desire. We all have times when someone really gets to us. But if you continue this practice with each problem that arises, you will eliminate problems before they escalate. And ultimately train yourself to steer clear of negativity and stay on course naturally!

Here are a few examples to get your mind thinking:

Example #1: Your ex-husband or ex-wife

  1. (their name)______, I am grateful to you for our children. Without you I would not be blessed with them. (You will get to the point where you are grateful for them every time you look at your children. You just have to get past the pain first).
  2. ______, thank you for our marriage. Though it ended there were good times we shared. I learned and grew a lot from the pain. I am wiser and have more self worth and I value all my other relationships in my life more for having to go through such a difficult experience.
  3. ______, I am grateful for you working and letting me stay home with my children. I was able to see them walk and talk for the first time. I know now that was a gift.
  4. ______, I am thankful you were there for me when I lost my Mom. It was such a difficult time and you gave me the love and support I needed to heal. Thank you, thank you, thank you for that!
You get the idea. So, take your time and dig deep to find 10 things to be grateful for! Make sure you do your 10 "Count Your Blessings" and add your Magical (Gratitude) Rock blessing from last night to the list! Tomorrow we will talk about the "Magic & Miracles Of Health"! If you have any questions, comments or suggestions you can email me @ ascreaminggoodlife@gmail.com!
