Magnificent Outcomes
Day 21 of the Challenge:
We all want our lives to go well. For good outcomes to happen and to be blessed. We choose sayings like, " I hope that turns out.", "I am going to need a lot of luck to accomplish that!", or " I hope that works out for us." All these sentences are hoping for a good outcome. But life is not by chance, a fluke, or pure luck. The law of attraction says that "like attracts like", and is always working to match up your thoughts with things.
If you want Magnificent Outcomes you need to focus on the thoughts of how you want the situation to turn out and feel how good that will feel when it does.
You can use Magnificent Outcomes on a number of situations, here are a few ideas from the book. Remember to think and feel about how you want the outcome to go:
- a work meeting
- job interview
- exam
- phone call
- seeing family
- exercise something
- vet appointment
- medical/dental appointmnet
- electrician, plumber, or any tradesperson fixing a problem (Remember my free A/C work I talked about on Day 17's Magic Check? I used the Magnificent Outcome on it!)
- family outings
- talk with your child about their behavior
- heart to heart with your partner
- a purchase you will be making (like a gift, a ring, wedding dress, new cell phone, carpets, drapes, and any home related item)
- restaurant, reservations, seats at a concert
- daily mail, emails, tax refund
- something unexpected happens (like my A/C breaking)
If something unexpected happens you need to focus on the outcome that would be best in solving the problem. You will be surprised when you start using this and things magically transform for the better. I never thought about my A/C guy giving the service for free, but I did envision that he would fix it and the bill would be minimal. By focusing on that I attracted the free A/C work. And I have used the Magnificent Outcome practice ever since.
Most of the time you will see and feel the the Magnificent Outcome you envisioned, and other times you will not know how you benefited from the unexpected event. But when you use the Magnificent Outcome and feel sincere about the outcome, you are aligning with the law of attraction to create a better outcome. Remember not to be fearful as you are doing this practice. You need to drop all the fear and worry and focus on what you want to happen.
Once you start seeing outcomes turning out the way you envisioned or even turning out better than you expected, you will begin to trust in this practice more. It is like driving a car, once you trust that you can stop the car completely with the brakes, you will trust that your brakes will stop at a stop light. What if you drove your car and didn't have that security? You would not trust that they will work for you and would have fear. That is like life, if you are always fearful and looking for the worse, the worse will find you. You need to use this practice with trust that it will help you and believe that everything will work out perfectly.
Today you will think and list the three things that you want a Magnificent Outcome on. They can be current problems or situations you have or a boring activity that you need a better thought, feeling or action to happen.
You will write them as already happened. Like, "Thank you for the Magnificent outcome of _______________________!"
Second step in the practice, you are going to choose three unexpected things that come up today and use the Magnificent Outcome on them, as well. It could be a phone call, email, an unexpected errand, or anything that pops up.
Each time something unexpected pops up, close you eyes and mentally say and FEEL the magic words, "Thank you for the Magnificent outcome of _______________________!"
Don't just practice it today. You can never do this practice too much, use it all the time to bring better results to all your situations.
Make sure you do your 10 "Count Your Blessings" and add your Magical (Gratitude) Rock blessing from last night to the list! See you back here tomorrow for Day 22 ~ "Before Your Very Eyes"! If you have any questions, comments or suggestions you can email me @ ascreaminggoodlife@gmail.com!
