The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 28

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 28

Remember The Magic

Day 28 of the Challenge:

Every day we experience something new. The good things that happen in your day to day life are always different and unique. By Remembering The Magic each new day that has past, you experience something new each time you do. This practice is very powerful in keeping you aligned with the law of attraction.

The easiest way to do this practice is to start from the beginning of the previous day. Go back over the day in your mind, remembering the great things that happened during the morning, afternoon and evening.

You can ask yourself the question from the book, "What are the good things that happened yesterday?" Your mind will immediately start searching for the answers. Here are a few questions from the book that will get your mind started.

  • Did you receive good news?
  • Did you magically receive or accomplish one of your desires?
  • Did you magically receive unexpected money?
  • Did you feel especially happy?
  • Did you hear from a friend that you haven't heard from in a long time?
  • Did something go magnificently well for you?
  • Did you receive a great phone call or email?
  • Did you receive a compliment, or did someone express his or her appreciation for you?
  •  Did someone help you solve a problem?
  • Did you help somebody?
  • Did you finish a project or start something new you're excited about?
  • Did you eat your favorite food, or watch a great movie?
  • Did you receive a gift, quality time with someone, a great conversation, or make plans for something you really want to do?

Remember The Magic and list them in your journal or your computer. Make sure to write all of the good things that happened no matter the size or importance of them. It is more about the blessing and gratitude for them, not the size or importance of them. As you remember each blessing say the words, thank you, for them.

When you want to do this practice in the future, you can change it around. Some days you may want to write out your blessings, other days you may want to say them out loud. You can make a short list or a more detailed list. Any practice you do is going to bring you positive energy. And changing up the practice is a great way to keep it fresh and exciting.

Today is the end of our 28 Day Challenge. I have had such a wonderful time sharing this challenge with each and every one of you. I enjoyed reading your gratitude lists, magical rock moments and your daily practices. I loved hearing from you about how this challenge has transformed you, changed your lives and saved broken relationships. It made my own experience of the challenge richer and more meaningful because I was sharing it.

I want to encourage you to do the challenge again and again. You can vary the practices or focus on one practice for several days to help fix a particular problem. I also encourage you to make it a daily practice of doing your daily gratitude lists and magical rock moments (even if you don't do any of the other practices, they will help keep you aligned with the positive energy you have connected to.)

When you are struggling with something, always refer back to the book. Go to the practice that will help you fix a particular problem. By doing this you stay on the course you have created. You also stay aligned with the positive energy you learned to connect with by using the practice of gratitude.

I personally will always do a daily practice out of the book, along with my daily gratitude and magical rock moment. It will help to concrete the practices in my mind, so I will always know how to fix any problem and stay aligned with positive energy of the law of attraction.

Magically Transform Mistakes Into Blessings

Day 26 of the Challenge:

Mistakes are blessings in disguise. We learn from them and become better human beings for them. A child makes mistakes all of the time, but we know it is all a part of the learning process and will all work out. Well, it is the same for adults. We are still learning, growing and will continue to learn and grow to the rest of our lives.

To learn from a mistake, we have to own up to it. And that is where most people become stuck. We often make up excuses or blame others for our mistakes. The problem with excuses and blaming others is that we still feel the pain and disappointment of the mistake but, we don't learn from it because we don't own up to it. We will continually make similar mistakes until we learn from it. You are human and will make mistakes. It is a part of the human experience. That is how we learn to grow into the people we are meant to be.

You can release yourself from the pain by owning up to it and finding things to be grateful for from the mistake. I promise there is always something to be grateful for no matter how big or small the mistake is.

Today you will choose a mistake that you have made in your past. It doesn't matter if it is big or small, but it should be one that still makes you feel bad when you think about it. You may of hurt someone you love, you may of made a decision that ended up costing you a lot of money, or maybe you lied about something and it ended up creating a bigger problem because of it. Think through your life and the mistakes you have made, choose one that is really weighing you down.

Once you have chosen the mistake you are going to be using, you will then look for things to be grateful for. Here are a few questions to ask yourself.

  • What did I learn from this mistake?
  • What are the good things that came out of this mistake?

The most important things that come from making mistakes is the lessons we learn from them. And no matter what the mistake, there is always good things that come from them and help us make better decisions in the future. Think carefully about ten good things that came from your mistake. Here are a few examples from the book, it is a mistake about speeding and getting a ticket:

  • I am grateful for the police because if I am honest with myself, I was thinking about other things and not concentrating on the road.
  • I am grateful for the police because it was foolish of me to put myself at risk speeding with a tire that needed to be replaced.
  • I am grateful for the police because if I think about my own family being put in danger by other speeding drivers, then I definitely want the police to stop the speeding drivers.
I would suggest that you find time do this practice with any mistakes you have made that you still feel bad about. It not only released you from the mistake, the blessings you find will help align you with the law of attraction. And new and exciting experiences will happen.

Make sure you do your 10 "Count Your Blessings" and add your Magical (Gratitude) Rock blessing from last night to the list! See you back here tomorrow! If you have any questions, comments or suggestions you can email me @ ascreaminggoodlife@gmail.com!
