The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 14

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 14

Have A Magical Day

Day 14: Have A Magical Day

To have a magical day you will be grateful for your entire day before it happens. You will be thinking about your list of things to do for the day and saying, thank you, for each one going smoothly before you have even accomplished them. It only takes a few minutes to run through your list of things to do. But the difference it makes on your whole day is amazing! I have been doing this challenge for over a month now and my days are running smoother than they ever have before! Using this challenge each morning helps you put the law of attraction on the right track to bring you the day you desire. The more that I have used this, the better I am at doing it!

It is our thoughts that hold us back. We subconsciously think the worst thoughts about what could go wrong or how miserable we feel about what we may have to do. We procrastinate, we moan and groan, and we go out into the world bringing our negative thoughts and feelings with us. But when we sit each morning and go over our day and our list of things to do, we see how the day should go in our minds (thoughts) and feel how great it will be! It changes your thoughts and feelings to a more positive one. You suddenly have more energy and feel better about tackling your day.

Think about a time when you woke up in a bad mood. You went out into your day and one thing after another went wrong. You didn't know it but your bad mood set your whole day up for failure. It is your mood (thoughts and feelings) that started your day off wrong. That is the law of attraction at work. You also may not know that most of the time when you wake up in a bad mood it is because you went to bed in a bad mood, whether you knew you did or not. Sometimes your subconscious (habitual - meaning habit) mind is thinking and feeling about things that are weighing on your mind. Negativity that had affected you earlier in the day. Or something you have been worried about for a long time. That is why we do our Magical Rock challenge. By doing the Magical Rock challenge each night, you go through your whole day to find the best moment of your day. It forces you to scan your memory for all the good things that are happening in your life. You then go off to sleep and marinate in those thoughts and feelings all night. When you wake up in the morning you then do your 10 "Count Your Blessings" gratitude list. By doing both your "Magical Rock" and your "Count Your Blessings" gratitude list you are setting yourself up for a great start. But by adding today's challenge you are assuring yourself even more success!

 Whether you are doing chores around the house, running errands, exercising, helping someone out, going to an important meeting, traveling across the country or going to work. By thanking your day ahead of time and feeling the feeling of how good it will feel to accomplish your list of to do's, you are creating the vibration to bring more good things into you life. It is a full circle experience!

If you are a list maker you can go down your list saying, thank you, for each one and visualizing each one successfully being accomplished. Making sure to work your way through your entire day (morning, afternoon, evening). Really get into the visualization and FEEL how good it would feel as though you have already lived it. If you are someone who thinks about their day in their mind, you will take some time in the morning to go through your list mentally doing the same thing. Make sure to do this morning practice in one session. When you do this daily practice you will start to notice that your days are going smoother with less and less stress and worry and that you feel more peaceful, happier and more content.

 Use expressive words like wonderful, amazing, super easy, successful, awesome, effortless, thrilling, peaceful, relaxing, the best, joyous, etc. Example: "Thank you for the best family get together ever. It was amazing and memorable!" The more expressive you get the more you will FEEL it! If you can say this out loud that is even better if not just make sure to feel them!

After you finish thanking your list of to do's you will end the practice by saying, "Thank you for the BEST news ever today!" By doing this you are opening the door (the law of attraction door) to even more wonderful miracles! You will be amazed when you start seeing more and more great news come into your life! You will know that it is a sign that the law of attraction is working for you.

You will write your daily 10 "Count Your Blessings" list and your "Magical Rock" moment. I will see you back here tomorrow! If you have any questions, comments or suggestions email me @ ascreaminggoodlife@gmail.com!

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 13

The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 13

Make All Your Wishes Come True

Day 13: Make All Your Wishes Come True

If you have been doing the daily challenges everyday, you should be feeling it working in your life. The more intensely you practiced, the more you will feel it working in your life.Today we are going to put all those practices to use. You are going to start working on bringing your dreams and desires into your life.The law of attraction states the "like attracts like" and "thoughts create things", which means you must create a likeness or thought of what you want in your mind. And then to attract those desires you MUST feel as though those thoughts are already here, that you already have the dreams and desires you want. The key to doing this challenge is FEELING the gratitude for what you are imagining as already here. By using the power of gratitude you hold the keys to making your dreams a reality!

  ~~~~~~~~~~~FEELING GOOD!~~~~~~~~~~~
Gratitude is what you do before you receive anything in life. We are trained to only give gratitude after receiving something. But the real magic is when you use it before and after you receive something. By being completely grateful you are staying in the vibration that attracts the things you desire into your life. The best part about this is that is all you have to do to make your dreams come true. It is as easy as 1 2 3...
  1. You MUST FEEL as though your dreams and desires already exist.
  2. You MUST FEEL gratitude for them as though they exist.
  3. You MUST STAY with the thought and feeling and truly believe that it is true.
The rest will magically be done for you. You will not know when you will receive it and that is not your job to worry about. Your job is to create the thought and feeling.
Okay do you remember in the beginning where I asked that you write down ALL of your desires? I asked you to get very clear on what you wanted. I told you I had to scramble to get it done because I didn't complete mine. So I could move forward in the challenge. I wrote 15 pages in complete detail of how I saw my life and the things I wanted to come true. If you didn't complete yours you will do so now. I suggest you really get clear on what your dreams are and take it very seriously. It may not take you 15 pages, but make it very clear...detail by detail of what you want.  Like you are ordering your life from a catalog or menu! Have fun and let your imagine take over! Here are a few ideas to get you started.
  • Health and body (for you and your family)
  • Money
  • Career
  • Relationships (all of them)
  • Personal desires (get creative here)
  • Material things (dream home, cars, clothing, anything material that you dream of having!)
  • Hobbies/Passions (think of all the things you have longed to do)
  • Travel (where you want to go, how you want to get there)
  • Family (anything you dream of...get togethers, closeness, etc)
  • Spiritual/Religion
  • Pets & Animals ( I have always wanted a horse, cow and pig. I guess a farm! LOL So I added that to my list!)
  The list could go on and on. Sit in a quiet place and get creative and most of FEEL excited as you are creating your list. Please don't feel silly. Open your heart and really do this challenge! This is your future you are creating, it is serious business! It is fun, but serious!
After you have your list, look through them and pick your top 10 desires. This is kind of like how we do the Magical Rock moment each night. We have to pick the ones that mean the most! That doesn't mean you don't or won't get your other desires. When you choose your top 10 desires. You will sit down and write them out as though you have already received them! Like this...
Thank you, thank you, thank you for our dream home which has everything we wanted right down to the last detail! (FEELING the feeling as though it exists!)
Thank you, thank you, thank you for my completely healthy body, I am so active, fit and feel so alive and well! (FEELING the feeling as though it exists!)
Thank you, thank you, thank you for doubling our sales figures this month!!! (FEELING the feeling as though it exists!)
Writing thank you three times is so powerful! It prevents you from throws the words away and makes you focus on them more. Concreting them in your mind!
Now it is time to saturate your desires with even more gratitude. (If you need to you can come back later on in the day or do them right after you complete your top ten list.) To saturate each of your desires with gratitude you will start with the first desire and using your imagination you will answer these questions as though you have already received them!
  1. What emotions did you feel when you received your desire? (FEELING the feeling as thought it already exists!)
  2. Who was the first person you told when you received your desire, and how did you tell them? (FEELING the feeling as though it truly happened!)
  3. What is the first great thing you did when you received your desire? Include as much detail as you can in your mind. (FEELING the excitement of what you first did!!)
Finally reread each desire and really emphasize the words, THANK YOU, so that you feel the feeling of the gratitude for it.
Another great idea is to create a Magic Board (Vision Board), where you attach pictures of your desires. You can print them out or cut them out of magazines. Place the board where you will see it often. Also place the words THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU in bold letters on the board. You can use your refrigerator as a board, as well. If you have children have them help create the board. They love doing it! Children are innately more in tune with the law of attraction because they use their imagination more frequently! Imagine that everything you place on the board is magically moving closer to you. FEEL the feeling as you pin each one up. Your continued gratitude will magnetize all your desires into you life. Look at your board several times a day, FEELING the feeling as though they exists!
Make sure you do your 10 "Count Your Blessings" and add your Magical (Gratitude) Rock blessing from last night to the list! Tomorrow we will talk about having A MAGICAL DAY! If you have any questions, comments or suggestions you can email me @ ascreaminggoodlife@gmail.com!
The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 12
The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 12
Magical People Who Make A Difference
Day 12: Magical People Who Make A Difference
 I am a little late posting today's challenge. I have been under the weather. I was a little worried about not being able to post until I remembered this quote...
So, I am thankful. I did yesterday's challenge from my bed. I thanked all the things in my life. I thanked simple, everyday things like my bed, my sheets and my cozy pillow. I thanked my big, bright, beautiful bathroom...And my oh so glorious bathtub, oh how I love my bathtub! I thanked my three sons who helped me by bringing me ice cold water, medication, for rubbing my sore neck and putting up with me moaning and crying. I thanked my a/c that kept me cool as I bundled up under a pile of blankets. I even went through Day 4's challenge about health as I laid there. I thought about how blessed I am to be so healthy and well. I thanked my wonderful immune system for working so hard to heal me quickly, so that I could resume my normal life. I thought about what I wanted to do with my healthy body once I was feeling better and how good it would feel doing it! We take our day to day life for granted so easily. So, this 28 day challenge is helpful in remembering why we are here and to be thankful for what we have. Okay, now on to the challenge!
We all have people who have been by our side during difficult times. Some who have lifted us up and inspired us to push through our fears and achieve goals we didn't know we could achieve. And some who have rekindled a passion within us by showing us their own greatest. And in seeing their greatest we also see that same potential greatest inside of our self. Sometimes that person alters your life forever. Sometimes it is so small that we do not even recognize it's effect on our life until later on down the road it's greatness is realized.
I can remember so many people who have given me the strength and wisdom I needed to push forward and become who I was suppose to be. They were like guides who I followed and emulated down life's path. I had some that guided me to be a better wife and mother. And others who gave me a passion to pursue my dreams fearlessly and with a strong knowing that I could be just as great as they are. I have had people who just gave me a smile and a kind word on my darkest day that lifted me out of the darkness and into the light. There are so many people that have made a difference in who I have become. And so many more to come.
Day 12 Challenge:
Today you will find a quiet time to list 3 people who made a difference in your life. Go down the list and talk out loud to each person telling them the reasons you are grateful for them and how they affected your path in life.
Once you are done you will feel your heart overflowing with love and happiness! It feels so good to remember who has touched your life and why. This challenge is also changing your future as well. Remember our thoughts and feelings are creating our future! So, you are setting your future experiences up to be more joyful, happy and content!
Another twist to this challenge that I added in is to remember times that you have been a light in someone else's path. And to continue being that light for people in the future! We all have something to give and lives to touch!
You will write your daily 10 "Count Your Blessings" list and your "Magical Rock" moment. I will see you back here tomorrow! If you have any questions, comments or suggestions email me @ ascreaminggoodlife@gmail.com!
The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 11
The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 11
A Magic Morning
Day 11: A Magic Morning
The best way to start your day off is through gratitude. Incorporating gratitude in your morning is easy and simple to do. And the great thing about this daily gratitude challenge is it will not slow your morning down. You will start your new morning routine when you first wake up by giving thanks. Your life is a gift, every single day you have is a gift. Why wouldn't we give thanks for such a beautiful gift?
  Today as soon as you wake up you will say the words, 'Thank You!" As your feet hit the floor again say, "THANK YOU!" You will continue to go through out your morning giving thanks for everything.
Here are some ideas to give thanks for:
  • Your good night's sleep ~ If you have a good night's rest be thankful!
  • Your bed, sheets, blanket ~ If you have these you are so blessed to have these essential things!
  • Towels, hand towels, wash clothes~ If you have towels you are blessed!
  • Your bathroom ~ If you have a toilet, a bath and/or shower, sink with fresh, clean water...It makes your life so much more comfortable. There are some who don't have a functioning bathroom and your ancestors had to go outdoors. We often take this luxury for granted.
  • Toiletries ~ Your shampoo, conditioner, hair products, toothbrush and toothpaste, make-up.
  • Your wardrobe ~ If you have a choice when it comes to dressing, you are blessed!
  • Breakfast & coffee ~ If you have food to eat and coffee to wake you up. You are blessed!
  • Appliances ~ If you have a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a washer & dryer. You are blessed to have these time savers. Imagine having to hand wash everything, having to cook you food over a fire, and having to worry about spoiled food! We have so much to be thankful for!
  • Electricity ~ If you have electricity, you are so blessed. You have lights, plug outlets, a/c and heating. Your electricity helps you stay comfortable and helps you use things like alarm clocks, radios, TV's, hair dryers, blenders, appliances...to name a few.
As you go through your routine today give thanks for everything you touch, see, and think about! There is no such thing as too much gratitude! You will do your daily 10 "Count Your Blessings" list and your "Magical Rock" moment. I will see you back here tomorrow!
The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 10
The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 10
Magic Dust Everyone
Day 10: Magic Dust Everyone
Gratitude is so powerful that when used correctly and with deep feeling it can move mountains, mend bridges and heal a lifetime of pain and suffering. It is said that when you give your full attention to something or someone with an open heart filled with gratitude, it will be returned to you with even more of what you originally had given. I have seen miracles happen, lives transform and love renewed. Gratitude is a powerful feeling and wherever you direct that feeling is where it goes. The author of The Magic, Rhonda Byrne, has a fun way to visualize directing gratitude toward anyone or anything. She suggests that you think of gratitude as a magic dust. When you want to direct your gratitude toward anyone or anything, you visualize literally magic dusting whatever you are focusing your energy on.
Most of us come in contact with many people through out our day. Either face to face, on the phone and through the internet. Some are a part of our life and others drift in and out of our lives. Some bring us joy and happiness, others we feel like we could do without. There are many that give service to us and our life without us stopping and appreciating their services. Like the young lady who served you at the local pub, the gentleman who took your cell phone payment over the phone and the boy who delivers your local newspaper to your front door. There are so many people who serve us on a daily basis. Supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, dry cleaners, electricians, plumbers and remodeling contractors. There are even people we don't see that work behind the scenes. The janitors who clean public facilities, the stockers who stock our shelves at our favorite stores, the people that help build our roads, the list could go on and on. We can't thank all of them personally. But we can say, "thank you" and visually "magic dust" them, directing the powerful feeling of gratitude toward them. When you are out in public you can use the magic dust to dust everyone who serves you.
 The opportunities to magically dust is endless. Like your lunch break at a local restaurant. Magic dust the hostess who seats you, the server who serves you, the manager who cordially asks how your meal was, the busboys who clean the tables after we are done with our meal and the chefs who make the delicious food that we eat. When you are at the super market, magic dust the produce department for organizing and keeping the produce area tidy, the butcher who cuts your steak a certain way, the checkers who check you out and the baggers who help bag and load your groceries in the car. In traffic you can magic dust the person who lets you in her lane to be able to exit off the highway, the police officer who directs the traffic to help it run more smoothly and even the driver who looks like he is having a bad day may need a little magic dusting, as well. We need to remember that not all the experiences we have are as pleasant as others. And not every person we encounter will be joyous and happy. Remembering that The Law Of Attraction is ALWAYS working, you need to always show up with an open heart filled with gratitude even when it seems a little hard to do.
Your gratitude can not depend on the actions of others. It may be helpful to think about what might be going on in the other person's life. They may be going through something that is so painful and tragic that they are taking it out on the world. They may of lost a loved one, going through a heartbreaking divorce, have a life threatening disease or struggling to find work in this economy. There are many factors that can cause people to act rudely and unjust. By thinking those possible scenarios you will help yourself focus on staying in the magical world of gratitude. To further strengthen your positive foundation you are building up, think about everyone you come in contact with as someone's beloved child, sibling, parent or friend. That person is deeply loved by someone else. I seem to never get upset at teenage boys and young men, I know it is because I have three sons about that age. I imagine them being in the other person's shoes and my heart becomes sympathetic and fills up with love and understanding.
 I have moved that love and understanding into other situations. And make sure to remember that every person I encounter is someone's loved one. Like the grumpy old man around the corner. He always has a scowl on his face and looks miserable. I magic dust him a lot and I even wave knowing he will not return the gesture. I am doing it because I know the secret to life. The secret is it all lies in me and my journey here on earth is to love without expecting love back. To give without feeling like I need something in return. To be an example of what God wants us all to be. Pure love and kindness. I am not a door mat either. I don't allow people to run over my kindness. My kindness is strength, wisdom and love all rolled into one. By not expecting things you don't get disappointed and upset. You are not worried if someone responds to your kind gestures. You are complete and whole because you know your own value.
When saying thank you remember to be expressive and to let the other person FEEL that you are truly grateful. Look them in the eyes and say something like, "Thank you so much for your help! You made my day!", "Thank you for going out of your way to help me, it means a lot to me!", "Thank you for understanding the importance, you made this a lot easier for me!" If you are on the phone or through email, you can just use your words to express your appreciation. Use magic dust for everything you are grateful for, things that need extra love and attention and to think positive thoughts about the future. In the book, the author, Rhonda Byrne, magic dusts her daughter as she is leaving to drive back home, thinking about her safe arrival as she is doing it. She sprinkles magic dust on a project before starting it. The possibilities of using this visual exercise is virtually endless!
Today you will magic dust a least 10 people that serve you. It doesn't matter if you see them in person or over the phone or even just visualizing times that people have served you recently or behind the scenes. Here is an example.
Example: "I'm really grateful for the janitors who worked through the night to make sure that my office building was clean and ready for a new day. The restrooms are spotless, the furniture is all dusted and the floors are mopped and vacuumed. I never thought about how grateful I am for this service they provide me. Which is done without expecting appreciation or gratitude. Thank you for your service, janitors!"
Really be visual when sprinkling your magic dust. See them glistening with the dust. FEEL the power of the dust working in their life and yours. Knowing that this magic dust is really working and is so powerful!
When you get some time today sit and write 10 different instances where people have gone above and beyond for you. As you are writing, visualize yourself dusting each person for their kind service.
Tomorrow is  Day 11 "Magical Morning". Read through it today because we will be doing the challenge when we first wake up! I will try to post Day 11 Challenge today for those who don't have the book. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions, please email me @ ascreaminggoodlife@gmail.com! I want to personally thank each and every one who is doing this challenge! I love reading your gratitude lists and hearing about how this challenge has changed your life! Keep the emails, comments and phone calls coming! It is magic dusting me! Lol! ;)
The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 9
The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 9
The Money Magnet
Day 9: The Money Magnet
Most people don't think they complain about their money. But they do complain by worrying, being jealous of others successes and having negative thoughts and feelings about money. The biggest complaint is when we have to pay a bill or dip into our finances. It is difficult to not complain or worry when you are financially struggling or feel like you have more bills than the flow of money. But as The Law Of Attraction states, "Thoughts become things" and "like attracts like!" So, we have to learn to train our self to think abundant thoughts about money. So, when you pay out bills you need to change your thought process about it. In the book, the author, Rhonda Byrne, has a wonderful idea. She asks that when we pay our bills that we be grateful for the service or goods we received from them. She says by learning to do this you will be a money magnet! When you are paying your bills, you will think about how much you received from the services that were provided. Here are a few examples.
Example 1: The mortgage/rent ~ I am so grateful for this bill from my mortgage company/landlord. Having a home is such a gift. I enjoy my home and all that it contains. I am grateful that there is such a thing as a mortgage/landlord or I would have to save up the money that was needed to purchase a home. What a blessing it is to be able to pay as I go. Thank you, thank you, thank you mortgage company/landlord for your service!
Example 2: The electric bill ~ I am so grateful to have electricity. It makes my life more comfortable. I am able to have lighting, heating and cooling and be able to use all my appliances to make my home run more smoothly. I am thankful that I don't have to endure what my ancestors had to. I am able to do my laundry in no time compared to working my fingers to the bone hand washing and line drying my clothes. I save so much time because of it! My food stays fresh and I don't have to worry about spoilage. I am able to have ice cold drinks and beverages in an instant. My freezer is so great because I can keep things fresher longer! Ahhh...and the a/c is the joy of all joys. I am able to stay cool and refreshed at all times. I can enjoy the summer heat knowing that a/c is just around the corner! In the winter I am able to stay warm and cozy with my heater. Without having to worry about being cold or freezing too death. What a blessing this electricity bill is! Thank you, thank you, thank you electric company for making my life easier and more enjoyable!!!
You have think of a million things to be grateful for when it comes to any bill you need to pay. Phone, internet, gym membership, schooling, the list could go on and on! You just need to take the time to think about what each service provides you and FEEL the feeling of gratitude filling up your heart with love and appreciation! I promise that you will feel better after you do it. The author, Rhonda Byrne, has a great tip to write on each bill, "Thank you-Paid," for all the bills you are able to pay. And for the bills that you have not paid yet- "Thank you for the money!" When you are able to pay the bill you would then write, "Thank you-Paid," on them. I have taken this a step further and write on all my receipts, "Thank you-Paid!"
Today you will take any unpaid bills and write, "thank you for the money!" You will FEEL the feeling of how it would feel to have them fully paid. If you do online billing. You would forward yourself an email and write in the subject line, "THANK YOU FOR THE MONEY!" Next you will take 10 bills you have fully paid and write on them, "Thank you-Paid." Feeling the feeling of how grateful you are to be able to of paid them in full! What a blessing! The magic here is feeling the feeling of gratitude for the money you have and the money that is on it's way. The more you can fill your heart up with love and appreciation, the more you are able to change your future money situation. You will be blown away when you see this working for you in your life! It truly works like magic! It is your thoughts on money that are holding you back, not your financial situation! If you can continue to do this practice and feel how grateful you are for it. You will continue to bring more money into you life.
 And last but not least, start to realize your thoughts and words about money. The worry, the jealousy or feelings of not having enough are not helping you to change your money situation, they are hindering them. When you begin worrying about money think about all you do have and all the things that are going right in your life. As for jealousy, be happy for those who have more. Try to be as happy as you would if it were you. Think about all their hard work to get to where they are or how blessed they are to of been in the right place at the right time. NEVER mock or shame them for what they do have. It is only hurting you and your own future. The more you practice this, the better you will get. This is my second 28 challenge and this time around I am more aware of my thoughts and words about money. I am more open to writing on my bills and receipts because I know it does help to get me in line with The Law Of Attraction. Because like attracts like and my thoughts become things!
You will do your daily 10 "Count Your Blessings" list and your "Magical Rock" moment from yesterday. I will see you here tomorrow! As always you can email me with any questions, comments and suggestions at ascreaminggoodlife@gmail.com! I love hearing from you!
The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 8
The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 8
The Magical Ingredient
Day 8: The Magic Ingredient
Food is something we don't think much about until we are hungry. Most of us are blessed to be able to open our refrigerator and pull out our favorite foods. But do we stop and feel gratitude for our food? Do we think about how much work is into making our food? All the farmers, growers, pickers, packers, transportation drivers, and distributors. It takes months of treating and nurturing the soil and watering the plants until harvesting. All to bring you convenience. Could you imagine having to grow your own food 24/7 and 365 days a year? I have a small garden that we started. It is a lot of work trying to get them to live let alone grow! :) What about all the ranchers, fishermen and dairy farmers? That is a lot of work to get you fresh, safe cuts of meat, seafood and dairy products. Not to mention your coffee and tea makers, juice makers and the purified water you drink. It all takes a lot of work to make it as convenient as it is for us. Yet, most of us don't stop to think about our food until we are wanting to complain about something.
 In the book, the author, Rhonda Byrne, talks about the gift of water. Everything we have is because of water. Without water there would be no vegetables to grow, no meat to produce and we human beings would not be able to stay alive as well without the gift of water. Water is used for so many conveniences. Like supplying water to our bathrooms, water to our water heaters and cleaning up our home. We boil water to cook with and to drink our coffee and tea. Water helps to support our hospitals, doctors, manufacturing facilities and transportation.
 The food and water we are blessed with is such a gift, huh? One way to honor it is to slow down and savor each bite. When you slowly eat and think about how grateful you are for your food, your thoughts and feelings for your food and water supply changes. You will notice when you are feeling grateful that the flavor of the food and water is enhanced. Your taste buds are more alive.
Day 8 Challenge:
Today you will take more time eating your food and savoring your water and beverages. As you consume them think about where they came from, what might of went into producing them and how grateful you are for them!!! You will give as much feeling of thankfulness as you can. FEELING your heart fill up with love and appreciation. The author, Rhonda Byrne, uses a visual of sprinkling magic dust over her food by waving her fingers over her food or drinks. She imagines that it is purifying the food and drinks. It is a fun way to bring a little humor and playfulness into this challenge! ;) If you forget to say thank you for your food and drinks, you will close your eyes and go back in your mind and visualize that moment and give thanks. Making sure to feel the feeling of your heart filling up with love and appreciation!
You will do your 10 "Count Your Blessings" and your "Magical Rock" Moment today, as well! If you have any questions, comments or suggestions you can email me @ ascreaminggoodlife@gmail.com!
The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 7
The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 7
The Magical Way Out Of Negativity
Day 7: The Magical Way Out Of Negativity
Do you struggle and feel overwhelmed with your life challenges? Does your relationships, money, health and even your day to day stresses weigh you down? Being ungrateful brings more negativity into your life. When you have negative thoughts and feelings you feel angry, stressed out and take things for granted more. As The Law Of Attraction states "thoughts become things" and "like attracts like". Your negative thoughts, feelings and actions are only attracting more negative thoughts, feelings and actions for your future. When you are more grateful your thoughts, feelings and actions are focused on finding more things to be grateful and happy for. You don't have time to be negative. In fact, did you know it is impossible to be negative when you are feeling truly grateful? You can't have anger, stress, sadness or any negative feeling when you are in the feeling of gratitude. And anything you are dealing with now will soon diminish when you change your thoughts, feelings and actions to more positive ones.
 So many things in my life have transformed virtually overnight with the practice of gratitude! My closest relationships are healthier, happier and less stressful. My finances have improved dramatically. My health has improved and I feel more alive and well. And my day to day stresses are minimal. When I do have something stressful or disappointing happen to me I get over it a lot quicker. I am constantly looking for what I am grateful for, and thinking, feeling and acting on all the dreams I want to come true. I don't have time for negativity! And I feel so much better without all the negative feelings they bring! When anyone who is negative comes into my personal space, I don't give my energy (thoughts and feelings) to them. I don't even get irritated or upset by their actions (remember like attracts like and feeling irritated and being upset will only attract more of that). I just silently wish them peace and happiness. If I can walk away, I do. If not, I put up an invisible wall and will not interact with them negatively. I try and guide the conversation toward more positive things if I can. When you have negative things happen in your life, the best way to handle them is through gratitude. You have to be able to find the good in every situation. By doing that you are attracting more good things into your life.
 Day 7 Challenge:
Today you will take something you are struggling with and find 10 good things to be grateful for in that situation. It is hard to do, I know. But it will make you feel better about the situation. And it will uplift you to where you need to be to attract the things you want to attract. The author, Rhonda Byrne has two great examples in the book. Below I listed a few examples from the book to give you an idea of how to do the challenge. Example #1 is about someone who is out of work and example #2 is about a son's troubled relationship with his father.
Out of work examples:
1.) I am grateful to have had more time for my family during this time.
2.) I'm grateful that my life is in a lot better order because of the spare time I have had.
3.) I'm grateful that there are jobs out there and more new jobs appearing each day.
4.) I'm grateful for my family's encouragement and support.
5.) I am grateful for my health and that I am able to work.
Son's troubled relationship examples:
1.) I am grateful that most of my relationships in my life are good.
2.) I am grateful for my father for supporting our family through my childhood, because I didn't have a clue then how much hard work and money it took to keep our family going.
3.) I am grateful that through my relationship with my father I have learned to have compassion and a greater understanding with my children.
4.) I am grateful when I get to laugh with my father. Some people never got to do that because they didn't have a father. And for others, who have lost their father, they will never have the chance to laugh with their father again.
5.) I am truly grateful to have my father. because amid the tough times, there have been good times, and will be more good times ahead with my father.
After you are done listing 10 things you are grateful for about a negative situation. You will write this sentence below the list- "Thank you, thank you, thank you for the perfect resolution!"
Today you will play a game where you will try not to say anything negative. You may be shocked to realize how negative you are. Once you realize all of the negative things you say and think. You will then be able to stop and change those words and thoughts in action. And decide if it is worth risking your future happiness. I have a feeling you will think twice like I do! If you do catch yourself speaking and/or thinking negatively, the author, Rhonda Bryne, suggests that you immediately stop yourself and say..."But I have to say that I am really grateful for ____________!" It can be anything that your grateful for. When you start using gratitude on negative situations. You will learn to get over things more quickly and bring more peace into your life. You can tell if gratitude is working for you by the way you feel after you practice it. When you concentrate your thoughts, feelings and action on gratitude you are helping to attract better situations into your life.
You will do your daily 10 "Count Your Blessings" List and your "Magical Rock" Moment and I will see you back here tomorrow!
The Magical Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 6
The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 6
Works Like Magic
Day 6: Works Like Magic
"If you take any activity, any art, any discipline, any skill - take it or push it as far as it will go, push it beyond where it has ever been before, push it to wildest edges of edges, then you force it into the realm of magic."  -Tom Robbins
I loved the quote by Tom Robbins above. I found it on the Day 6 Chapter of the book, The Magic. It is so true! If you take your dreams or anything you want to manifest in your life, and you push it as far as it will go. You will bring it into your life. I have done this many times in my life with success. When I met my husband, I had a vision of the man I wanted to come into my life. I got excited about it, I talked about it, watched movies about love and romance. I had a clear vision of what he would look and act like. And three months later I met him! It has instant. I knew it was the man I had dreamt of. When I become a mother, I focused on how to be the best Mom I could. I listened to advice from other mothers, read books and magazines. I learned songs, riddles and games to play and interact with them. I was always trying to learn more to make sure I made the memories I always dreamt of creating for my kids!  When I wanted to become an Interior Decorator, I read books, magazines and watched HGTV all day, every day. I took weekly field trips to model homes and spend an hour or so in each. I would stand on furniture to look at how they put their window treatments together, I would lift the custom bedding to see how they sewed the custom corners, and I took a million photos to get ideas and inspiration. I went to interior design shops, strolled through putting ideas together mentally. I went to fabric stores and stayed for hours putting colors, textures and designs together. I learned to sew, paint and redo furniture. I decorated my home and redecorated my home on a consistent basis. I talked to everyone that would listen about my passion, I give advice and helped people pick out design ideas to practice. I engulfed myself with my passion, my dream!
With each dream I pursued, I engulfed myself in thoughts of what I wanted, I felt the feeling in my heart of how it would feel if I had it and I created an action plan. Those are 3 things I always use when I want to manifest something in my life. I think about it, I feel the excitement about it, and I act upon it. Acting upon it is so important when you are using The Law Of Attraction. It is what gets the manifestation moving! I have had a lot of wonderful ideas that fizzled out because I didn't use all three at once. I either had the thought and.or the feeling and I didn't have the guts to act upon it or I didn't think I could make it happen or I was afraid of failure. The feelings of fear of failure and uncertainty create a blockage. Because remember in The Law Of Attraction it states that "thoughts create things" and "like attracts like". So my feelings of fear and uncertainty created a blockage in my path. Interesting, huh? So, when you want to create and manifest anything in your life, you need to check all three of those and find out where the block is. Adding as much gratitude as you can in any and all areas of your life further pushes your dreams into reality. Because your feelings are on the right vibe to attract the things you want. You can't expect to be upset all the time and go right into feeling the joy in your heart for something you want. It is too hard to swing from one feeling to the next. If you are continually practicing gratitude and you focus on your thoughts, feelings and actions of your dreams the swing from the state of gratitude to where you dream of going is a lot closer and easier to achieve, because you are in the vicinity of that feeling. Do you get it? If not, reread it until you do. It is a lot to take in and understand, I know.
Day 6 Challenge:
This challenge was a little hard for me at first. I thought it was a little silly. :) But I promised myself I would complete the whole 28 day challenge, so I pushed through this one! (I just realized as I was typing this that I used all three doing this challenge! I thought about going the The Magic Gratitude Challenge. I felt the feeling of how it would feel if I was able to become more grateful. And I followed through with the challenge! It is a great formula to follow! It works!) The author, Rhonda Byrne, asks us to go through out our work day and pretend there was an invisible manager following behind us taking notes about how grateful we are about our job. Every time you use gratitude through out your work day, your invisible manager will jot it down. You will say what he/she jotted down. Example: "I am so grateful for my work space. It is spacious!", "I am grateful for my co-worker, Shannon, she is so helpful!", "I am so thankful for my boss, who gave me a chance to advance in my career!". If you are a stay at home Mom or Dad, you would do it the same way with things you are grateful for as a homemaker! :) IF you have a negative thought or feeling about your work and/or home life. You reverse the thought or feeling by saying..."BUT, I am grateful for..." If it lands on your day off, you can move the challenge to another day. Or like I did, I just used my invisible manager at home. Where there is always work to be done and gratitude needed! ;) It is up to you, how you want to do it.
When you use gratitude with anything that needs to be done, it not only makes the job easier and more rewarding. It creates the thought and feeling you need to get to where you wish to go in your career and/or home life. The next step would be the action. The action is created by the thought and feeling of success and pride in yourself. Which was realized through having the gratitude for your work and/or home life! Are you seeing the pattern? The more you are grateful, the more your thoughts, feelings and actions are in the right vibe for The Law Of Attraction to work! When you are excited about your work, you work harder and with ease and precision, you are then rewarded for your actions. The reward could be an advancement, a new path that opened up, a raise, more peace and more happiness. The ultimate reward is when you see your dreams come true! So make sure to really work on this challenge, it will help you create the life you dream of having!
Do you daily 10 "Count Your Blessings" List and your "Magical Rock" Moment today! And I will see you back here tomorrow! If you have any questions, comments or suggestions you can email me @ ascreaminggoodlife@gmail.com!
The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 4
Magical Health
Day 4: Magical Health
Our health is what helps us live a better life. Without it we have nothing. Yet, we never think about our health until we don't feel well or there is something wrong. Our health is such a beautiful gift. But to have health and to be grateful for it is even more of a gift! Our thoughts are very powerful. When you realize that your thoughts create your future, you will be more careful to choose them more wisely. There is a story I heard a few years ago...Where there were two women about the same age, who had the same disease. One complained. She talked about how sick she was to anyone who would listen. She thought about how unfair it was that she was so sick and others around her were well. She was angry at the world and had fearful and depressing thoughts...The other was optimistic yet, still in pain. She spoke words of healing, being well and visualized herself overcoming her disease. The one that complained died 1 year later. The one that was optimistic, recovered and has been well for over 10 years now! So as you see - Our thoughts do matter!
The more positive you are about your current health, the more optimistic you will be about your future health. Scientists have done studies linking stress, anxiety and depression to many illnesses. And the studies also showed that the people that were more grateful healed quicker than those who were not. Even if you do not believe that your thoughts create your future, why would you want to risk it? Being more optimistic is a better way to live, no matter if you believe that The Law Of Attraction works or does not work. Choosing to sit in the darkness, instead of standing up and walking out into the light baffles and confuses me. You are such a rare and beautiful gift. You should always cherish yourself and your health until your last breath. If you are currently sick you should make it a point to really focus on all the good things in your life. To celebrate the parts about you that are not sick. And visualize yourself completely and fully healed. Making sure to FEEL the feeling of your visualized health. Feeling is the key to making The Law Of Attraction work more in your life! It truly is magical when you finally experience The Law Of Attraction working for you!
Today you will celebrate your health. In the book the author, Rhonda Byrne asks you to think about different parts of your body (inside and out). And then asks you to close your eyes and say thank you for each body part or body function. Example...she asks you to think about your legs and feet. They help you to get around and do so many things. You are able to walk wherever you need to go without any help or assistance. You can exercise, dance, climb the stairs and operate your vehicle. You can walk around and explore the world so easily with your legs and feet. What a freedom we have because of our legs and feet! Yet, the only things that we think about are what our legs and feet are not. They are either, too short, too long, too fat or just plain ugly. When was the last time you said something nice about your legs and feet? I think it is time to start to appreciate what they are - They are a gift of freedom and you are so blessed to have them! When you stop and realize that, you will look at them differently. It is time to love yourself and cherish what you do have. And stop wishing for something different or using negative words to describe yourself. You can always add in exercise to get your body into shape. BUT there should never be any complaining and negativity about what you were born with. YOU ARE BLESSED!
If you have the book, read through each paragraph and close your eyes and say thank you for each of your body parts. Making sure to FEEL the feeling of gratitude as you say the words thank you!!!
I added more to the list that she had provided in her book. I wanted to celebrate every part of my body and my health. It changed my thoughts about myself and it made me fall in love with myself more (not in a conceited way). The things I hated most about myself, I focused and gave as much gratitude for them as I could. I can say I love my big feet and even my scar that I have from a car accident when I was a teenager. That scar is a reminder of how blessed I was to live through it and that I did not lose an eye that night. The glass grazed my eye and I am so blessed to have my sight! That accident also taught me not to be so vain. So take some time and think about how blessed you are and thank yourself for all that you have!
After you are done with that challenge. Take a piece of paper or a card and write..."The gift of health is keeping me alive!" on the piece of paper. Put it in a place where you will see it through out the day. Each time you see it you will slowly say it, one word at a time and FEEL as much love and appreciation as you can while reading it! You should do it at least 4 times during the day! I changed mine up. I wrote, "The gift of health is keeping US alive!" I wanted to add my family's health to this challenge, as well. I actually wrote mine on my bathroom mirror with a dry erase marker and left it for about a week. :)
You will write your daily 10 "Count Your Blessings" list and write your "Magical Rock" moment from last night, as well! Tomorrow we are talking about MAGICAL MONEY!!! If you have any questions, comments or suggestions email me @ ascreaminggoodlife@gmail.com!
The Magic Gratitude Challenge~ Day 3
Magical Relationships
Day 3: Magical Relationships
Our relationships are so important, yet we take them for granted every single day. We don't stop to appreciate them the way that we should. Until there is a crisis or something that stops us in our tracks and wakes us up. Could you imagine waking up tomorrow and the only person in the world was you? There were no family, friends or pets - just you. You would have no one to talk to, to love or care for. You wouldn't have the motivation to strive for anything because there would be no one to see you succeed. No one to celebrate your successes or support you if you failed. It is our relationships that give us the most joy and happiness. They give us meaning and purpose to strive to become better human beings. Our relationships affect our whole life. If they are struggling or not working, it affects you and how well your life is functioning. To have the life that you dream of, to become who you want to be - You have to have good relationships to truly enjoy it! If you don't you will never get to the place you dream of going. And if you do, it will never be as enjoyable because you will have a missing puzzle piece...good relationships!
Though gratitude you can repair and heal the pain that has caused you to build the wall between you and your broken relationships. People who practice gratitude have better relationships and are more peaceful. They don't sweat the small stuff and realize that there is so much more to life than arguing over things that are not worth arguing over. As I became more grateful, I started to let go of the petty, little annoying things that would end up being blown out of proportion. I was calmer and more even keeled. I saw the BIGGER picture. And I knew that I wanted peace and happiness, more than I wanted to be right. I started to give thanks for even my worst relationships. I put my anger or sadness aside and decided to focus on what was right in my relationships. I gave gratitude for all the wonderful qualities that they had and I remembered the wonderful gestures I had received from them. It was like a veil had been lifted and the sadness disappeared. I couldn't even try to be sad or angry with them because the peace that the gratitude brought was so healing.
In the book, Rhonda Byrne said something that has stuck with me. She said, "For every ONE complaint about another person, whether in THOUGHT or WORD, there have to be TEN BLESSINGS for the relationship to flourish." That sentence has stuck with me since the first day I read it. I immediately started to use it with every negative or bad thought or word I had. If I thought something horrible or ugly about someone, I would then say to myself..."BUT they are..." and I would say 10 wonderful things about them. It trained me not to think or say negative things as quickly. I even used it when I judged complete strangers. I would then say 10 wonderful things that must be good about them. I was shocked by how much I judged without knowing that I was judging. I always thought I was very fair and nonjudgmental. That sentence helped me to become more loving and understanding. I hope you use it to help yourself to become more peace and happy too!
Words are powerful, so when you use them to complain you are hurting yourself and your chance at becoming more of what you truly want to be. Because remember The Law Of Attraction is always working. So be cautious with your thoughts and words. In the book Rhonda Byrne says the question- What if everyone close to you said, "I love you just the way you are!", how would you FEEL?
You would feel so amazing and so cherished! Well, what if you were able to say that to the ones you love and care for? It would be such a gift if we could just let people be who they are without feeling like we have to change them or judge their actions.
Day 3 Challenge:
Today you will choose three close relationships. You will need a photo of each person. You will have to think about all the things you are grateful for about each person. It could be things you treasure and love about them. Their beauty, their heart or things that make them special. Maybe even beautiful memories you shared together. It could be anything you want it to be. After you have had some time to think about all the wonderful things that make this person special. You will write 5 things you are MOST grateful for each person. Beginning each sentence with THANK YOU...
Example: Thank you, Katy, for being so supportive when I was sick. It most the world to me!
After you are done with all three. You will take the photos with you all day and look at them as often as you can....each time you look at them say the words THANK YOU (making sure to FEEL it in your heart). You should at least do this three times during the day for each person. She suggests that you do this challenge often, though not required. It truly is a beautiful way to remember how valuable your relationships are! You could select three people a week you want to celebrate and have gratitude for.
Make sure you do your 10 "Count Your Blessings" and add your Magical (Gratitude) Rock blessing from last night to the list! Tomorrow we will talk about Magical Health! If you have any questions, comments or suggestions you can email me @ ascreaminggoodlife@gmail.com!
The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 2
The Magic Rock
Day 2: The Magic Rock
If you have read or watched, The Secret you have seen where one of the spiritual teachers, Lee Brower had talked about the gratitude rock. There was a father that had a dying child and was given a gratitude rock. The rock was something he held over his son and would think thoughts of his son completely being healed and well. His son was healed and he believed the gratitude rock helped. I believe when you truly "focus" (I am meaning FEEL) and believe, it helps to align yourself more with God (or your own religion or spiritual belief.) You can use gratitude rocks for many things like health, money, happiness...or just to give thanks!
So, today you will go outside where ever you are or go to a place that brings you peace and happiness. Look for a small rock that fits in your hand. The rock should be smooth, light in weight and feels good when you hold it. When I went out to find mine. I went to my garden and I spotted mine instantly. It was pearl white (my favorite color is white), perfectly rounded and felt perfect when I held it. When you find your perfect rock, you will place it next to your bed. Just before you go to sleep you will pick up your rock and hold it in your hand. You will think about all the good things (big and small) that happened in your day. You will choose the best moment of the day that brought you the most joy. By having to process through your day to find the best moment of your day. You are actually remembering all the wonderful things that had happened to you during the day. It is like you are doing a "Count Your Blessings" list in your mind. And by doing that right before you go to sleep, you are setting yourself up for a more peaceful sleep. Most nights, we are worrying about what happened during our day, who hurt our feelings and what stress we have to face the next day. By doing this simple exercise, you will train your mind to focus on happiness and peace. And will marinate in that good feeling all night, assuring a more happy and peaceful morning!
At first, I felt silly looking for a rock. I thought to myself...Is this worth it? I decided to follow through because it was a challenge I had promised myself  I would complete. I will say that within a week I truly understood the power of this challenge and I still do it every single night and will continue to the rest of my life. I even use my rock during the day and when I pray. Anytime I need to be uplifted and renewed! I feel like I focus more on positive outcomes with it. It is just a symbol, I know. But I have used it so many times in positive ways that it has become a part of my daily life. I even put it in my husband's hand just before he falls asleep. I ask him what the best moment of his day was. And then I know his last thought was something wonderful. And he will sleep more peacefully too! It is a simple thing that has changed my life! I hope it works as well for you!
You will do another "Count Your Blessings" this morning...Think of 10 things you are thankful for. And make sure to FEEL them as you are writing and saying them! If you would like to share them with us, that would be wonderful! You can either post them on A Screaming Good Life Blog or FB Page...And if you want to keep them private, that is great too! Just make sure to follow through the whole 28 days for a full effect! I did receive quite a few emails, where many wanted to share their list with me in private. I am open to doing it that way, as well! If you have not bought the book yet, I would suggest you do. You can always do The "Count Your Blessings" with us and start from Day 1 on A Screaming Good Life Blog when you get the book.
The Magic Gratitude Challenge ~ Day 1
The Magic Gratitude Challenge
So do you believe in MAGIC? I am not speaking about hocus pocus, rabbits being pulled from hats or mystical illusions. I am talking about THE MAGIC OF LIFE!  A life that is experienced with your mind, heart and eyes wide open!
Do you remember the magic of your youth? How everything you saw and touched seemed magical and new? The excitement of the day to come was something that came natural. The world was a peaceful place that you felt safe and secure in. You didn't judge the world around you, you just took it all in. Letting the world be what it was without having to feel like you had to change it in anyway. As time went by, you began school and slowly but surely your magical little world disappeared. Poof like magic it was gone. You began to look at the world differently. With feelings of failure, worry, and disappointment. Even judgement and hatred began to seep in, as well.
But why? Because we let go of the magic of life. We let the negativity and judgement rule our thoughts and feelings. We closed our minds, hearts and eyes to the life that was meant for us. Mainly out of fear of not being enough or having enough. Well, I am here to say that THE MAGIC OF LIFE still exists. It still lives in all of us. We just have to reconnect to it. And the way to do it is through gratitude! By continually staying connected to the magic of life through gratitude you are actually using The Law Of Attraction the way it was intended. And you are creating the life that you want to live without much effort. All it takes is practice to train your mind to think with gratitude. And by doing this challenge you are continually practicing it for 28 days, which helps to make it a part of your daily life.
Your thoughts and feelings control your mood. By becoming more aware of your thoughts you change everything about your life. GRATITUDE is the key to unlock the MAGIC! You will be amazed about how good you feel as the days go by. Your mind will be clearer and your heart will be filled with more love, happiness and contentment than you could of ever imagined! Your eyes will be on the look out for more things to be grateful for. You will soon see things you have wanted to show up in your life for years, show up almost effortlessly and right on que. That is The Law Of Attraction at it's best! You see The Law of Attraction is always working, whether we want it to or not. Why not have it work for you?
There will be a few challenges that you may think are silly, not useful or not for you. Please, push through them and do it with an open heart. The challenge is set up perfectly to get you to the next step to where you want to be. If you miss a day, step back three days and redo the challenges. So you will experience the full effect of The Magic.
If you have not read through the first chapter, please do so now. You will also need a notebook, journal or use your computer to save all your challenges and your daily "Count Your Blessings" gratitude list. It is important to be able to look back on some of the challenges and it is fun to read back to see what you were grateful for. You will forget some of them as your go. So rereading them will reassure that you stay in the feeling of gratitude for them.
You will need to find some private time in the next few days to write down your dreams. The author, Rhonda Byrne talks in depth about it on page 25-27 of The Magic book. She will ask you to pull it out later in the book. So don't be like me where I had to scramble to get it done...So I could move forward in the challenge. I wrote 15 pages in complete detail of how I saw my life and the things I wanted to come true. I suggest you really get clear on what your dreams are and take it very seriously. Like you are ordering your life from a catalog or menu! ;) Have fun and let your imagine take over! I will say that my biggest areas I wrote about were becoming closer to my family, my family's, as well as my own continued health and longevity, an easy yet, lucrative career, which didn't take time away from my family and my dream home right down to the landscaping and how the pool would look! I wrote about my marriage, kids, extended family, money, hobbies I wanted to try, adventures I dreamed of doing, becoming more spiritual and connected to God, and frequent vacationing to explore this beautiful world! I plan on writing a new one today...I have even more I want to add to my list!
DAY 1: Count Your Blessings
This is something you will do everyday throughout the challenge. I can't stress the importance enough on this daily exercise! You will choose the best time to sit and write what you are grateful for and why. The reason you write "why" you are grateful is that it makes your think and focus on it even more. Creating a powerful feeling that attaches you more to your list of blessings! It works like MAGIC! You will read your list back to yourself and say thank you three times after each blessing you read. By reading it back and saying thank you three times, it creates an even more powerful feeling inside of you. Make sure when you are reading them back, you are feeling the blessing. Visualize and FEEL them fill up in your heart and overflow with as much love and appreciation as you can find.
You will do this daily. I suggest you do it as soon as you get up. So you can start your day off right! If you want to share your list of blessings with us that would be wonderful! It will not only help you more by sharing, it will help others realize some things that they may want to add to their own list of blessings. I call it the "full circle experience"! The more we give, the more we receive! That is one reason I am sharing this experience with you! I believe that when you do good and help others reach their goals...You will be blessed more for it too!
Read chapter 2 before tomorrow...I will see you back here bright and early!!!
