A SCREAMING Easy Way To Be Happy Now...

You want to be happy NOW? Here is one of my easy and quick ways to be HAPPY now! Yes, this very second! So, here we go! Let's get happy now!
~FEELINGS~
You know those things that we feel. Sometimes they make you feel like you are on a roller coaster...Up, down and then around...Oh, and the BIG surprise loop in the middle! lol Yes, that roller coaster ride, we call FEELINGS! Feelings are more controllable than you think. With some life coaching, you can get a hold of those feelings and finally have the peace and happiness you have been trying to find so desperately.
Did you know feelings follow thoughts and then create an action? If you stop and think about what I just said for a minute...You have a thought and then a feeling emerges from that thought. That feeling then pushes you to do an action. Usually if you have a negative thought...you will feel sad, angry or disappointed and you will react negatively toward the situation/person. BUT did you know that if you changed your "feeling" by faking a feeling...It stops the negativity in its tracks? Stay with me here...With your thinking caps on...I will explain.
Here is how it works. Say you are angry with your child for not doing something he had promised to do. You would normally act upset, irritated and maybe even give a silent treatment. BUT what if you pretended that you were not upset & irritated...instead your words were thoughtful, loving and encouraging. It would instantly (yes instantly) soften your anger toward him/her. BECAUSE your thought had to change to be able to process that you were going to make yourself feel differently. You will then usually diminish your anger to more of a disappointment...BUT if you continue to practice the art of faking it until you make yourself truly feel it. You will go from anger to peace, instead of to disappointment almost instantly. Because you trained/coached yourself to change your thought process...
Remember a thought creates a feeling, which leads to an action. That simple. It may seem like it is too easy to work. But by "faking the feeling" you are not realizing you are shifting your thoughts to be more positive. And what did that thought and feeling create? An ACTION!!!! If you stop and read this a few times and truly remember to do this each time life isn't working for you. I PROMISE that you will become a happier person naturally without faking. And soon you will not need to remember the steps, it will come naturally...because you coached yourself to be happy just because.
So, the first few times you do this, you may feel weird about doing it. And try to fight it. But go with it. Saying to yourself...No, Coach Meme said that I HAVE to fake this feeling and I am going to do it. And follow through with it. You will be surprised that it really does work and it will transform your thought process and your LIFE. So I am asking that you trust me and just go along with it with an open heart and willingness to try. You want happiness and this is one of the ways to do it.
